Room and toilet were very clean and tidy. View from the room was good.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

1. A small sized microwave oven should have been provided to heat milk and tea/ coffee. It costs only about$ 150.00 2. Saucers for tea cups and plates and side plates should have ben provided.. Since the hotel is away from shopping centre we got down take way food and there were no utensils provided to place the food items.. They are a must and costs between $1.00 to $ 2.00. In the coffee house more vegetarian items should have been included in the break fast. I being a vegetarian expected more vegetarian items. a shuttle service to the nearest shopping centre will make the hotel guests happy.

We had a very comfortable room with a separate sitting area and balcony. Although we didn’t need it this trip, there was a small kitchen equipped with all the basics. Having the extra living space was very good when getting ready for an event. The buffet breakfast was very good and in a bright and pleasant dining room. Whilst a bit out of town, it is conveniently located to the airport.

We were attending a wedding in the area so it was well located for our purpose, but it is quite a distance from the city or other areas of interest.

All went smoothly from the moment I booked right through to check out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Having the pub downstairs was a great facility too. The location of the Mantra was great for our needs and family event. Next time I may book an apartment with a washing machine.

He made a joke saying that the cleaning lady probably likes her coffee without milk, so that is why we didn't have the milk replaced. Quite sweet and not a major thing but worth a mention. :)

Room was clean and cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. Front desk staff were helpful. The coffee machine in the foyer is a great idea however was not manned in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing. Location or the hotel was central for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Pillows were a bit sub par… lumpy and too soft lighting above the full length mirror in the rooms would have been good

The room was spacious, amenities and facilities within the room was immaculate. There was the novelty of casting Netflix onto the TV. Also, helpful flight information services on screen. We love the fact that there was a big bath in our room. It has exceeded our expectations this stay. We were given a room looking out into the town lights in the evening. Cleanliness was beyond the exemplary level of service. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices and food was filled up and kept warm at all times. Overall, both my husband and I were copacetic with everything.

Our 2nd stay, we love it, very friendly helpfull staff, great location, very very nice and a popular place.

Needs to have a better variety of food for dinner, it's nice but too repetitive for more than 2 nights. Only uber eats was the other option. Plus room service breakfast would be nice, as my partner couldn't go and sit down stairs, due to an injured foot, and No tray to carry 2 meals to the room.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and tried best to accommodate our special requests. They were very helpful throughout our stay. Room service was delicious! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lots of parking available every night even when the bar was busy. We had a large group of 18 people and they looked after us all very well.

Fridge behind the entry door was in an awkward location. If you misplace or need to add an additional keycard it swipes all previous cards so you need to reset all.

Excellent Breakie, my sisters and nieces came to have breakfast, with us on two of the days we were there and LOVED it, all staff at the Mantra go above and beyond. Dinner was excellent. Close to everything you need.

There was a small hiccup with dinner on one night. But the restaurant manager, came and apologised in person and rectified the problem within 10mins.

The room itself was very comfy and the housekeeping kept the room pristine and clean. We loved the vibe of the hotel and how convenient it was to the airport (10 min) and the shopping centre a 2 min drive away. They also made great coffee downstairs and the staff were always attentive.

If you are touristy most of the food/main tourist locations are in the city save for road trips to regional areas to see natural attractions.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived late in the evening that we were able to settle in and have dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was really good. We didn't have to go anywhere to get anything, everything was all within the complex. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning which was exceptional. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend anyone travelling to the area to do the same.

No negatives at all, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
