Everything about the property was great, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, Which made for a comfortable stay for me and my brothers. If you also enjoy Asian cuisine which I do, the property is located in a great part of Melbourne that can cater to that specific need. Last but not least the property is only a short drive away from Melbourne city centre.

My only one complaint is that when we first arrived and I needed to use the microwave to heat up food for myself, it was very clear that the microwave had not been cleaned. Why?…..Because there was dried up food still left on the glass plate in the microwave, which I was more than happy to clean myself, I’m not too sure whether other staying residents would take kindly to.

The room was lovely and clean but was surprised at having to pay for parking as it was the only way of getting there from country Victoria and my husband is disabled. Even though I asked when booking if the hotel had disabled parking the question wasn't asked if we wanted/needed a room for disabled people therefore he was unable to use the shower facilities. I also asked for the bed to be divided because of his disability he needs to sleep on his own but this wasn't done. The lovely person on Reception came up and did it for us.

I always love staying in this hotel. It has everything I need in the apartments. The building is quiet, the beds are blissfully comfy, with such crisp fresh sheets, it has a well-supplied kitchenette, and the huge shower is amazing! Staff are always helpful and polite, there when you need and respectful of your privacy when you don't. I had my 3 year old granddaughter stay one night with me, and they were happy to make her feel welcome. I'll be there again soon!

Not really anything. It would be nice to have room service, but I guess they don't because it's apartments.

I stay here often and love this place. The shower is luxurious, the beds are so comfy, and the building is quiet. Excellent kitchen as well with everything you need. This last visit I got a 1 bdrm that had a great layout - square and open which felt really spacious (they are spacious apartments anyway) and lovely views. 2 air cons, 2 TVs, huge shower, crisp sheets...heaven!

Can't really think of anything significant. There was a problem with one of the lights, that's all.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. There is a convenient undercover drop off area at the side of the complex, which is a good touch. Service was great and the cleaning staff did a fabulous job. A ten minute walk to the Preston markets and Woolworths.

There are more car yards than cafes, but there are more than enough cafes within walking distance.

I've stayed here 6 times already because it's close to my daughter, but it's also a very comfortable clean and quiet place, with spacious well-equipped apartments and every comfort. Beautiful beds that are excellent for sleep and my bad back. Excellent shower! Staff are very polite and helpful, great customer service. Close walking distance to some supermarkets to stock your fridge, with a number of cafes in the area as well. No room service, I guess because these are apartments. I always feel safe and comfortable here.

Very minor - the colours of the decor are drab to me, but would be fine for those who like very muted neutrals and minimalist aesthetic. I wish there was room service available.

staff are really helpful. bbq area is great for visitors. some good cheap eating places close by. close to supermarket, chemist and Preston markets. comfortable bed.I was really impressed they asked me to authorise getting another key cut. smart tv so easy to connect Netflix etc.

it might be helpful to tell late-arrivals he key box is down driveway, not at the front of motel. tea bags were not refilled during our stay. it took ages to get the room serviced. no breakfast offered, no bar.

Studio apartment was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. Basement parking was very convenient and well worth the small charge.

A second comfortable chair (instead of a stool) would have been appreciated. We used a balcony chair. The table could also have been a bit larger, as there was plenty of room.

Location met our needs. Proximity to Preston station made it easier to access the city without using the car. On site car parking was very convenient. Kitchen enabled cooking when required.

The arrangement of the "a" and "b" apartments joint entrance meant that noise was obvious and unavoidable when people accessed the other apartment, especially when they spoke loudly and banged doors.

I've stayed here 4 times now and the rooms are always spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. I love the rainhead showers and lovely beds, which have soft yet supportive mattresses. Plenty of storage as well, and the kitchenette has all you need. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Well-located for shopping for necessities, and transport.

It would be nice if there was a cafe on the premises, as I was pretty desperate for a good coffee first thing in the morning. I also found it difficult to work out how to stream on the smart TV, and couldn't use Netflix, etc.
