The Price was great and the location awesome, it was nice and quiet too. The Buffet next door was great value for money and a short walking distance. Easy booking and a nice warm welcome.

To get to the property having to cross a busy road of two lanes both coming in and leaving the place (if arriving and leaving in opposite directions.) My Husband and I found the bed too soft. He is very sensitive to bleach and a lot was used in the beautiful clean room but the pillows also had the smell on them so not a good sleep for him.

The layout was great - the layout insulated the sleeping zone from any potential traffic noise which meant the room was so quiet! The rooms were VERY clean and well appointed. Basic, simple and all we really needed. Secure parking. Nicely renovated.

It was a bit tricky to work out how to check in when we found reception closed (the instructions were not clear about reception hours or what to do if you arrived after hours). Once we worked that out, the check in staff and process were great. Nothing we didn’t like.

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice, but the fridge was tiny with no freezer section. Great shower. The high fence was good for security. There was no microwave. I had to defrost my dinner under hot water. I know the owners want you to eat at the restaurant, but that is an added expense when travelling. This motel would better suit someone staying one or two nights only and then returning home, not a traveller on the road for weeks.

Super comfy beds. Sooo soft. Bathrooms look freshly renovated. You could order room service from a QR code and the meals were from the pub which was awesome. Yummy.

Room could do with a dust of the spider webs in the corners of the room tbh though. I think the bathrooms could do with a good detail to get rid of residual gunk that just builds up over time in cracks and corners. It wasn't bad but I am pretty picky personally

Smooth late check-in via the pub next door. Includes gated parking with key card access. Room was clean and spacious. It was everything we needed at a good price.

We would prefer not to have housekeeping make up the room during the stay, but there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign provided. The window of the attached bathroom had a large gap at the top of the glass pane (cannot be closed) that let cold drafts in. Bedding and towels smelled like bleach.

Excellent location just below Dandenong ranges, the room was clean, water, milk and a array of soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were provided as part of the booking. We were very impressed. Very quiet at night as well.

Just a comment, On booking.com checkin was till 22:00 as we thought but upon arriving at 21:00 everything looked closed. Luckily the club next door was able to check us in and accomodate us.

The staff were amazing and so friendly, the room was very clean, well appointed and quiet. I left a credit card behind in the room, I rang when I realized. The staff were fantastic and sent it back to me by mail. Room service was perfect and delicious after a long day driving. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Everything exceeded my expectations.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable- I almost always find motel/hotel beds too hard but it was great. Complimentary bottle of water, sufficient bathroom body wash/shampoo. It’s dated but clean and neat. Nice large towels too.

The rooms have grated vents in bathroom and door so there is little noise proofing. It’s not overly loud from the road or hotel but we were woken at 6am from a neighbouring room having a screaming domestic. Other than those two hot messes it was quiet despite being reasonably full. Small things like our no shower mat provided the second day and oddly the bottom sheet was too short from the bed which mean our feet touched the mattress protector which is a little icky.

I liked how secure the car park and rooms were. I liked how you could park right outside your room. The room was massive and the bathroom was lovely. The location of the hotel is really ideal, so close to some great walks but also to the centre of Ferntree Gully.

The wifi was a little sketchy and the Smart TV didn’t connect to my phone.

Good location. Nice clean, comfortable room with all the necessities. Comfy bed. Good shower (something I’m a bit fussy about) with good stable water pressure. Our go to when we visit the Dandenongs and make an over nighter of the trip.

Nothing to complain about. Always happy when staying here.
