Melbourne Knox Central Apartment Hotel

The room was clean and had everything we needed including two bathrooms. The bathroom design and large shower was excellent. Communication with reception was great.

It was a very hot day and the room was very hot when we arrived. I assumed an airconditioner or fans would be in the bedroom but there wasn't any cooling. The door to enter the apartment needed a huge shoulder shove to open it. The TV was confusing to operate even with instructions. Initially finding the entrance to reception and the underground carpark was hard to find as another accommodation was right next door using the same entrance driveway.

My apartment was amazing, it was well appointed and had all the facilities I needed for a 2 night stay. The room was a nice size as was my comfy large double bed. The shower was very good and the large flat screen TV was a welcome addition to my 2 night stay. I arrived a little late so the keys were left in an automated retrieval system and was very easy to use. The manager was a lovey person to deal with and was able to assist with my needs. I would recommend this location and apartments to anyone staying in the Knox, Wantirna region. The apartments are a short walk to the Ozone Shopping Restaurant precinct and Cinema.

The location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean and the unexpected bed making and vacuum was good 🙂

The apartment we had, had only 3 skinny pillows. We got an extra bed but no extra pillow. When we rang to ask for extra pillows we were told they had no extra ones. What we have is what we got. So we had to go and buy extra pillows as we couldn't sleep with what we and try and take them back to Qld 😡

Great location, comfortable bed, great sized shower. A nice 1 bedroom apartment that was comfortable and quite well appointed. Was very happy that we received service despite only staying 2 nights that replaced the towels and ensured we had bathroom supplies and the bathroom was cleaned. This is lacking in many places now. Manager was lovely.

One thing that was an issue for me was no air conditioner in the bedroom, I found the room at night very hot. For others this would most likely not be something they are concerned about. A shelf in the shower for soaps and shampoos would be very beneficial.

Location was great for our purpose. The contact for assistance was fast and responsive every time.

Cleanliness wasn't the best. When we arrived there were bananas left on the balcony and dirty windows, glass balcony panels and TV screen. Small hand prints all over the glass and TV mainly and what looked like food smeared on the glass balcony panels. We couldn't get the TV working for some time until we discovered leads unplugged from the Foxtel unit to the TV. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances but only bare essentials for accessories. No bowls (other than crockery) so nothing to put a salad in and no microwave accessories (other than crockery) to cook with.

Upon arrival, apartment was clean, more spacious, and had more amenities than expected for the cost. Housekeeping available if needed. Conveniently located near shopping center that had plenty of restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. Within the shopping center were grocery stores and a farmers market. Fee free Currency exchange kiosks were available. Access to cabs and buses and 7-11 Store in less than 10 minute walk.

There was a little bit of construction in the first building which didn't allow access to the parking lot during the day for a couple of days. The noise level was minimal and didn't disturb our stay.

The property is very convenient for my work location when I am on that side of town. The property is clean, this is the second time I have stayed at this location, and I will stay again. It is also very quiet.

Wi-Fi would not work. Otherwise, the property fulfilled all my needs. The carparking is little confusing as I did not see any staff only text messages so clearer instructions would be good.

Brilliant Location, close to everything we needed (Hwy, Conference, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs). Surprisingly quiet for a main road.

I wish the bed was more comfortable, too soft for a recovering fusion. Also a scourer, for easier washing up. Yes, there was parking. However, it was so hard to find the correct spots. Please sign post them BETTER. The fob detector is on the left of the carpark and seems like a very stupid location.

Great location for what I was doing, trail walks just across the road and shops and food a short walk down the street. The pool, gym, sauna and steam room were always empty which was great.

Having to jump out of the car to use the automatic carpark door swipe as wasn't given a remote. No TV in the room, nice after a long day to have the option to lie down on the bed and watch rubbish tv.

The facilities, the kind, friendly and prompt services, the flexibility and care for customer needs (exceptional). The location was excellent. Close to all amenities. The stay was very comfortable, convenient and satisfying. We really enjoyed the one night's stay there. My children and I are very pleased that we booked this hotel.

separate heaters in the rooms, a small waste bin in the kitchen would have been nicer. The carpet was a bit spiky (something sharp) and we were a bit cautious to walk on the carpet bare feet. These are a few things that could be improved. But truly, I am writing this because I was asked. I was telling all my friends I still look at this Hotel as a high standard one.
