Every thing was perfect...large traditional cottage like room, very private with great shower & spa. The cook your own breakfast is fantasic (we took advantage of the supplies & used it for dinner) bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, bread, butter, jam & cheese. Easy walking distance to Puffing Billy & Belgrave township.

Beautiful setting amidst trees and gardens but so close to Main Street, facilities and Puffing Billy. You can walk to all of these. Unit is very private, self contained with balcony and courtyard. Excellent and ample food provisions provided . Stylishly renovated and comfortable.

Would like to see some shelving in bathroom as only a pedestal washstand. Belgrave is very hilly so you do need to walk up steps to unit, and drive way is steep if walking to Main Street etc. But that is the location and also what provides the charm

It was in a central location, and we could walk into town and to the tavern. It's also a short drive to all the little towns. The breakfast provisions were fantastic. The room was cosy, clean, and comfortable.

The cushions were a bit too soft for our liking

Excellent location for walking into the main strip in Belgrave. The fire works perfectly for the cold weather making the play very cosy, the room itself is very nice and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The entrance/driveway is quite steep which didn't bother us but it's worth noting for those who want to walk places and might struggle with it.

The bed was a little hard for my taste but still comfortable.

Beautiful accomodation, complimented by thoughtfulness and personal touches from the owners that went above and beyond. We will definitely return.

Fabulous accommodation with super efficient gas heater, spa bath and ample kitchen facilities. Great communication from Diane and a lovely mini bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Great location to explore the local area including Puffing Billy and metro trains within 2 minutes walking distance.

Restrictive parking Property located at the top of a steep hill with no pavement on the property side of the road. No problems for us but not ideal for people with mobility restrictions.

Lovely bush setting and the location was very convenient to the surrounding attractions. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast provisions were very generous and delicious. Little added extras were appreciated.

Care needs to be taken when entering and leaving the property onto the roadway.

We found the room very well presented and clean. Communications with Diane prior to our stay was friendly as well as professional and helpful. We just really, overall were impressed with the place as we don't know the area and consider ourselves lucky to have found this gem.

There was not a single thing we didn't like
