There were exposed spikes on the carpet between transition points (ie betweeen living room to kitchen, living room to bathroom, and living room to bedroom) that are sharp and prick on bare feet. I had to avoid them when walking. This was made aware to the staff. Likely a straightforward fix.

The size of the apartment was great, the bathroom with washing machine and dryer was really good. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the bed was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom had plenty of cupboard space.

The TV took me a little while to work out as I have not used one like this before, once I worked it out all was good. The shower over the bath wasn't great especially as the water from the shower goes on to the floor if the shower curtain isn't in place. The tiles in the bathroom can be slippery when wet.

I enjoyed my stay. The facilities (kitchen utensils, etc.) were great, hot water nice & hot, bed comfy, nice little balcony ... everything was good. Some parts (eg carpets) are showing their age but not enough to detract from my stay.

Washing my dishes wasn't an issue. I would do it regardless. However, having to find the bins outside was disappointing & I'd expect to be part of the after stay clean. Location was a tad noisy earlier in the evening but to be expected considering the location.

Loved the ease of parking...property well maintained...the security plus easy access in and out of building....friendly on-site staff.....cleanliness and total comfort of the apartment....amazing bed.....extremely quiet and private.....attention to detail with kitchen utensils...cookware etc......bath was amazing after a long day.....well appointed heating...... I am a B&B owner myself, so I am not easily impressed....up until now. Management have taken a lot of care and consideration in regards to all aspects of these very special apartments. Thank you.... Absolutely nothing....

A very comfortable apartment, clean, great location and very reasonably priced.

No complaints at all except that, as an older couple, we did not realise that the shower would be over the bath. If we had known beforehand, we would have asked if there was an apartment with a separate shower recess. Mobility problems at our age make getting into and out of a bath difficult and potentially dangerous because of slipping and falling risks.

The apartment was clean and had all we needed for our stay. We were near to our daughter who we had come to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to supermarkets, food outlets and public transport.

The door to the unit was very stiff and difficult to open. We could hear the people above every time they walked across the room. Could have supplied more garbage bags.

This stay was exceptional. The apartment wasdpotless, spacious and peaceful. Great sound proofing, local amenities and tourist hotshots very nearby. It was definitely value for money. They left a small pot of milk in the fridge on arrival. The heater and washing machine were all easy to work. There was a booklet explaining everything you needed to know too.

The location was great, room size and facilities were great. Admin was fantastic allowing early check in due to flight changes and daughter being there for national cross country. Lovely that they rang us to say my daughter left her pillow behind after check out.

Only downside was above rooms obviously on floor boards and kept us awake

There was no one at the desk on arrival and the phone number on the door and sign didn't have the area code on them. From being overseas we didn't know it, it was on an email sent but I didn't have access to that at the time of arrival

Everything pretty much. Had everything you need for several days stay . Was beautiful and clean too . Across the road from a seven 11 too

The fold out sofa was a bit uncomfortable for me but if children or teenagers were on it , probably be ok The noise from rooms upstairs if you are a light sleeper would be a problem in the early mornings
