I liked that the emergency exit lights worked on floor 1 however the one down near the gym was not and that concerned me as part of As/NZ 3000 that wasn't to a standard. Maybe use the Stanilite brand as it worked. I liked location. Nicole the cleaner was lovely. However room wasn't cleaned or change of towels throughout the weekend but that's OK I just washed them in the room ourselves.

It's a shame there isn't a pool. I didn't like that some of the emergency lights didn't work that concerns me with my family if there is an emergency. The price was probably a little high but it was AFL grand final and the 2 bedroom where good size.

One particular staff member Miss Allison was exceptional she is a fantastic front office manager.. if only the other staff took note of how she handles things

The male receptionist who was nothing but rude arrogant, condescending and disrespectful. Not to mention the fact he just walked striaght into my room claiming he knocked first-which he did not -irrelevant does not have the right to enter un-invited ..to "pass on a message"..after lying that he called my phone amd the room! Creep!

Tram stops nearby. 7eleven (handy for Myki purchase) and Coles next door. Food places right there as well as the Pub across the road which did great meals. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Tea and coffee pods could have been replenished each day. Even after rebooking the third night there, (so an extra night to what we originally booked), these werent replenished. We had no more tea and only a couple of coffee pods. We did ask for more and we could help ourselves to more from the Gym.

Totally enjoyed my stay there, apartment is big enough for a family of 4. Rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. Just a few minutes drive from DFO Essendon, and there is supermarket and eateries right below the apartment. Check-in staff at the reception is really helpful too!

Parking is charged at $18/night, would be nice if it is complimentary Insects appeared during our stay, reported to reception but seems like there is no way to totally get rid of them with the windows open.

Apartment was big with all essentials provided.. Very comfortable, Excellent location.

Apart from 1 staff member MISS A who was consistently providing excellent customer service the rest need an intense course on humanity. Appalling behaviour disrespectful rude arrogant unhelpful group of staff, not doing the company any justice whatsoever, they need to be terminated permanently the quicker the better

Location, secure parking - close to all amenities short travel time to Family.

Room cleanliness was good on arrival, but dropped off during visit. Room was not vacumed for length of stay, bath was cleaned by me as spray and wipe was left in room. No coffee pod top up Mon/Tue good job we brought our own.

Proximity to airport, very spacious rooms, lots of restaurants and supermarket, opposite a lovely park. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and well equiped little kitchen and washer dryer. Late checkout was appreciated

The parking and entrance was a bit tricky to find at first. As it’s a busy area, but once we found it it was all okay!

We found the apartment well maintained and convenient to shopping and transport. Good place to base yourself from walk to cafes and found some interesting local shopping which was handy for last minute Christmas shopping.

Great location, great price and clean.

We were given one key card for 3 adults and couldn't get additional keys until the next day (when we checked out). You have to park in the supermarket car park to go to the front of the building to get your key card to get access to the car park, then our key card parking wasn't activated, the intercom on site wasn't working (couldn't hear them) and then get on to the customer service to get an override code to get in - which made an evening arrival difficult with a toddler.

It was very close to a tram stop right into the city. Beds were comfy, the whole place was nice and clean with well-sized rooms. Reception was lovely and adored the coffee station in the room!

The tram ride is a bit far to the CBD (40min)
