The hotel room was clean and the facilities were great. It was a little noisy, but I had a very comfortable stay. The location was convenient for my work purposes, however, not many restaurants or shopping close by.

Connecting to the wifi was an issue. I managed to connect with the help of staff member, but once I left and then returned to the hotel, I was unable to reconnect, and did not bother to ask for help again. There was also sharp things in the carpet at the entrance to the bedroom which was uncomfortable to step on.

Very well designed and stylish, great views and I liked how the bedroom was in a seperate room. very good space. a lot of storage space, nice big shower. comfy bed. the place smelt nice and fresh.

i was a little bit disappointed in the cleanliness for example, I scraped soap residue off the shower head and I seen hairs on the floor. I also noted some of the cooking utensils weren’t very clean, for example a mug looked like it had coffee residue and with a clean it was removed. the small bin next to the toilet also wasn’t very clean. lastly there was one towel I did not use as it smelt like it wasn’t cleaned properly, it smelt like stool.

Easy check in, receptionist really helpful and friendly, she also managed to organise an early check in which was welcomed considering we’d travelled direct from the UK. We all agreed the beds were super comfy and it was great having all shower gels etc provided and if you need anymore reception are happy to replenish what you need.

Getting a parking fine … our fault tho but still it cheeses you off! Kitchen - cups etc were mucky and the oven needs a clean, however the main areas such as bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.

It is close to where we needed to be in Heidleberg.

I understand that the rooms are only serviced Monday Wednesday and Friday but only 2 coffee pods and 2 teabags from Friday to Monday morning is a bit poor. A sign read extra coffee pods can be purchase is a bit OTT as well when you are paying such a high price for the unit. Surely they could afford at least 2 T bags a day.

The lady at the front desk was very rude on arrival and wasn't listening to us properly we had trouble with the elevators because of the confusion between the residential and guest elevators and our WiFi was not set up and unavailable all night in our room, we just found the people at the front desk to be rude and unhelpful was actually very disappointing because overall the apartment and everything else was terrific. They should have explained the elevator situation to us as soon as we got the key as we had our 7 month old with us just out of a 4 hour trip. But as I said very nice apartment and location

This property was not our preferred location but as our booked accommodation had closed its doors without notice, we had little choice. The time between booking and arriving as short however everything was already in place. We were allocated a good size two bedroom apartment with a king and queen beds and two bathrooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was strong and hot.

Parking seemed limited.

The location, design & facilities were amazing!! Felt like a beautiful, high quality apartment we were staying at I was so sad to leave :’) Heidi at the desk was beyond lovely and went above and beyond for us! Stayed here for Taylor Swift N1 in Melbourne and was an easy trip to Jolimont station from Heidelberg Station! Loved it & would 100% stay here again! 10/10 BEAUTIFUL view!

the location was handy to my daughters apartment, shops (though a challenging hill to walk up ;)

the only disappointment was the view out the window covered by tall weeds, a gardener would come in handy! Had to adjust to the traffic noise, a bit off putting. But apart from that the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable.

Very clean. Very quick and easy to checking and out. Staff were very nice and efficient.

I would have liked an extra lock on the door. The door locked as it was shut, but the lock on the inside was broken. A lock I could lock from the inside would have given a better sense of safety. No normal teabags available in the room.

Great location, comfortable apartment, very quiet.

Kitchen cupboards too low, we hit our heads quite a few times, especially when using the sink. Tea and coffee not replenished, had to go looking. Parking a bit of an issue outside on street as I didn't want to pay $25.00 extra each day / night for secure parking.
