Great motel run by very friendly staff. Ample parking space, washers and dryers available (not free but not expensive, very convenient and efficient). The family room maximises the space to provide two well sized beds (fits 4 adults comfortably in total). Newly renovated bathroom with lots of space, including storage. Dual aircon/heater was powerful enough to heat the room.

I had to book accomodation for my wife, daughter, & grandaughter due to a family emergency. After flying down from Qld, the owners organised a bigger room, so they could have a porta-cot in it & still have room to move around. On top of that, they went out & bought a brand new porta cot for our grandaughter AND even supplied them with some soft drink & biscuits. I can't thank the owners enough, as they went about making sure they were comfortable & ok, after their emergency flight. I can't recommend the Mulgrave, highly enough!!

Victor was great with his customer service from the start till the end! he made sure the stay was comfortable. Beds are cozy and comfortable! The location was great and is close by to many shops/restaurants.

nothing to complain about whatsoever except the next door neighbours that i had were awake all night and didn't adhere to the noise rules for night time.

The staff was wonderful, we checked in late at around 10pm but the host was very welcoming when we arrived and even offered us an extra bed upgrade, which suits us very nicely. I had the queen bedroom and one extra bed. The beds were comfy and the TV even had many channels and Netflix. Overall, a very good experience, would definitely come back here again if there are chances.

The location was good, Near to a supermarket, and restauranta. The room was clean enough, and the beds comfy for us. The staff was friendly and ensured that we had enough bottled water for each person. Checking out was a breeze too, as there was a key drop at the office and since our room was prepaid, we just had to drop the key and leave.

It was a cold day and the bathroom floor was super cold, even after a shower. It was also difficult to get the water adjusted to the correct temp.

Beds and pillows very comfy. Freshly renovated room. Very clean. Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful.

Air con showed error code on last night of our stay. I didn’t want to call to have it fixed as it was very late but advised when checking out. The hotel could have put a separate heater in the room and assured me I should have called them.

Didn’t have breakfast. My wife was in hospital and it was in a very good location for me to visit her snd then being right next to the Vale hotel dinner was virtually a five minute walk away.

Central location, quiet considering it was next to main roads. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Upstairs room location was a little inconvenient to get luggage etc out of the car. If someone had mobility issues this would be more of a problem.

I loved the location, easy access for driving. Away from busy traffic. Great location for my music festival and places I wanted to go :) I loved the clean room, bathroom etc. it was a well presented room, I will definitely be back again. :)

Lovely motel with very friendly staff at the reception. Great location and everything you needed for a very comfortable stay was there in this motel. Having a microwave was very convenient as we stayed 5 nights. Bed was quite comfortable and room was serviced daily.
