We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always happy with our room. Rooms have always been comfortable and have everything we need. Love how it's close to the Glen and plenty of places to go and eat.

As said before, more attention to cleaning would be preferred. Dusty and the bathroom floor looked like it could have been better cleaned. Pillows were too hard. We've stayed in other rooms, and there was a soft and firm pillow, which was great. Would have been nice to have that in this room. Just all constructive criticism. Will be coming back to stay again.

Check in and check out was very easy, quick and efficient. Our room, although overlooking an extremely busy main road, had sound-proof windows, so was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked well. Ample parking onsite. Adequate Continental breakfast. Location was excellent - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rates were good.

Carpets, furniture and fittings were dated, quite old and worn - could be spruced up a little.

The hotel is conveniently & the room was pretty comfortable. I arrived fairly early and the receptionist was able ot check me in without any delay. The hotel is close to the Glen Waverly centre with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.

The Elevator in this hotel is ridiculous. You need to go up several stairs to get into it on the ground floor and then you neeed to step down several steps to get to the walkway level on the top floor. (Who thought this was a good idea? Remember to shut the bathroom door at bedtime the balcony / walkway lights shine into the bathroom and this floods the bedroom with more light than I would sleep through. It does mean that you can use the bathroom at night without turning a light on - which is a good point!

The staff were very accommodating and the room we had was spacious. we had 2 tables with 4 chairs, 2 very comfortable double beds cosy and an extra large shower. The room was insulated no outside traffic noise could be heard at all. plenty of parking. we were close to cafes , restaurants, movie theatre and library. we ate at Laska King fantastic food. overall we would definitely stay here again. we had tea and coffee plus a few biscuits which was great with a cup of tea. Thankyou for your hospitality we enjoyed our stay very much .

Nothing stood out.

Friendly reception , lots of parking. Room was large in size with plenty of space for clothes and suitcase etc. Lots of places to eat nearby. Bed was comfy and television had streaming apps built in which was handy to have.

Door could do with a seal at the bottom to reduce noise from other guests walking by.

Looks like it has had a recent renovation. The room that I stayed in was great. Didn’t hear a thing and was cozy. Location was close to many restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only minor thing was that there was a rather large coffee splash up the bathroom door but the overall cleanliness was great so no complaints.

I was upgraded to a King room for the first time, the shower was excellent and a slightly larger TV it seemed. Plenty of parking and nearby places to eat.

I couldn't get the air conditioner to blow warm air unfortunately, it made for an early night. The remote controls for the air-con are not as easy to decipher as they could be.

Very central location right next to the Kingsway strip of restaurants and shops. Ample parking was available. There was a lift to move bags to the 1st floor. Staff communication was excellent and upfront. The room was spacious.

The room decor looked old and didn't match the modern pictures on booking.com. One of the chairs was broken (which the staff promptly replaced). The safe deposit box didn't work. Only 1 lift to service the entire block.

the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, big room, even for a standard room the bathroom had a spa bath!

the rooms aren’t sound proof so I heard cars on the street, the upstairs toilet flushing, the upstairs neighbour walking around, cars going over the speed humps entering and exciting the property.

Very clean and well appointed room. The staff member at the reception was very helpful and obliging. Great value for the money paid. Would definitely go back again.

Not the hotels fault, but my room had the stairs going to the next floor outside my door, and no one stops to think of the noise they are making. Calling out to one another, and kids making lots of noise. No respect. But as I said, NOT the hotels fault.
