Great location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Nice pool. Comfy bed (bring your own pillow if you like a skinny one). My room was set up as accessible for those in a wheelchair ( rails in bathroom, shower seat and commode available) As I do not use one, I am uncertain whether the adjustments were set up correctly

Free wifi was fine during the day for work, but once everyone returned to the motel in the evening and switched on their internet TVs it crashed and I had to hotspot the TV from my phone. Perhaps they can hardwire the TVs to a different network. Pillows were all very thick. Luckily I took my own skinny one.

Quiet location set back from main road. Close to great cafes and supermarket. Bed very comfortable and whole room very clean. I would stay again

Location is outstanding - right amongst the civic precinct and close to the art gallery, good cafes, and within a short comfortable walk to the centre of town

Bonus would have been a small sink / tea point in the main part of the room. I appreciate that this wasn't part of design thinking when the motel was built, but as part of a (potential) future refurbishment this would be a significant value-add. Didn't have any impact on the quality of our stay though : )

Have stayed here a few times for work. Always a lovely, comfy stay. Large rooms, comfy beds. Staff are always amazing, one of the rare hotels where people actually care. If you arrive late, they turn on the lights and the heater for you. They give you real milk for your tea/coffee. They even have yummy biscuits with the tea/coffee. Would always recommend Hermitage.

I was greeted by the loveliest lady who made me feel very welcomed. She was very forthcoming with information about meals and attractions. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The heating worked well which was extremely appreciated as the night was expected to be chilly. Water pressure was amazing - something we do not have at home. We really enjoyed staying at Hermitage and will definitely be back.

We had some issue with the Tv connecting to the internet late at night but it wasn't a big issue.

We were in a very spacious room, with a table and chairs, and a two-seater sofa. The room has a microwave, crockery and cutlery, plus complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. The owner was lovely and helpful when we checked in, telling us that Wangaratta was "full" and we should book a restaurant as soon as possible. She provided a map of the town with restaurants listed (and their address and phone number), and recommended six. It took us five calls to find availability, so we were very glad of that advice. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant strip. The room was very quiet - we heard no noise during the night.

Nothing really, except for the common complaint of the erlectric jug not being able to fit under the tap to be filled.

The reception lady (Sandra, I think) it was kind, nice, educataed, impossible to be better in her job. Good facilities in the room (for tea, or prepare food)

Inevitably, they were kids in other rooms and they run and shout in the corridor. It good be nice to have a hanguing rope for cloths in the bathroom.

From the roses blooming around the garden to the immaculately clean room you can tell that this motel is well managed. The reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fresh milk is provided for your tea - what a nice touch. I'll stay here again.

What a super location and also quite - the Staff were exceptional in assisting our needs. Everything supplied making it easy to either eat in or dine out.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations for dinner etc. Room was as per listing, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. bed was comfortable. Great location close to town, grounds were well kept and had two great cafes less than 2 minutes walk away.
