Everything!! This facility was absolutely beautiful! For a small country motor inn, it had a resort style feeling to it. The rooms were extremely spacious! Bathrooms were large and the water pressure in the shower was great! The bed was extremely comfortable! Wish we had spent more than 1 night here! I LOVE that we could order breakfast to the room for the morning. We didn’t use this because we had to be up and out really early, but it was such a nice add on that you just don’t see anywhere anymore! We will absolutely be back…. For many nights! Can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely excellent place to stay. Exceeded Motel expectations. Spotless clean. Electric Blankets. smart Samsung Tv to log into Netflix and apps if desired. I loved the surprise in the morning of little cookies on the saucer next to the cups. Water pressure was high, so I had the best shower. There is a beautiful garden to sit outside on a sunny day and a pool when hot. Friendly staff and clean clean clean. I highly recommend and want to come back again.

Nothing. It’s Perfect.

Wide open grass space was excellent for kids to play while adults lounged in the shade on the provided seating. Pool was 10/10. Cheryl and Chris 10/10 for service, friendliness and extremely accommodating. Rooms were clean, tv services extensive, free wifi. Location just perfect!

Beds were a tad too hard for our liking. BBQs needed a few cooking utensils for be more useful.

Absolutely best place to stay, with undercover parking! Owners are very friendly and can tell you all about the town. They are welcoming cycling groups as well as cars. BBQ facilities are superb, there is a place to chill and chat and do bbqs in summer, that is also undercover. Beds are comfy and have electric blanket underneath. Showers are super hot and all cosmetics are provided, including body lotion (happy girl!), both in usual mini size and big format. They serve extras as hot breakfast delivered to your room that was huge. They have a choice of local wines and beers and they can advise on food delivery if you’re too tired to drive 1km to town. Room is super clean and they have the best smooth but thick hotel grade linen I felt on my skin while doing the M2M rail trail. There is a fridge with big milk and teapot station with cookies. Every room had an undercover parking that was quite handy when crazy rain bomb storm has arrived! My bicycle seat was perfectly dry next day.

The room was immaculate and had everything I needed

The facility needs a bike storage area given how popular the town is with cyclist. Having to lock my bike in a laundry and see staff every-time I needed it became a minor inconvenience. A communal bike lock up facility would add exceptional value to the accommodation.

The customer service was very welcoming. We had a late arrival and Rob was so accommodating and willing to help. We arrived with the lights on, heater on and a hamper of tea on the bed!

We missed out on the continental breakfast and I couldn't find any information for when it starts and ends. It ends a 9 ;)

Location - gardens and outdoor tables and though we did not use swimming pool in Warner weather it would be great - Rob and Janelle were very helpful and friendly

Towels regular change - no door on toilet in shower area

We liked nearly everything about this property. It was good that there was an awning under which to park immediately outside the doors to each room - very useful for packing and unpacking.

It would have been good if a little more crockery was provided. There were no plates or bowls.

Nice well maintained property. The unit was clean & comfortable with many extras eg shaving cream in a dispenser.

Too far from the pub. The pub has excellent food & drink so we didn't want to miss out.

Spotlessly clean, very well maintained and Rob the host was very nice and helpful with dining options in Beechworth! He recommended Billsons restaurant which was amazing!Excellent continental breakfast too!
