This is a great cottage in a quiet part of Beechworth with fantastic views to a duck pond with the ducks and a magnificent forest just behind us. Set back from the main road with everything you need for self catered stay. A well equipped kitchen and spacious living area means you have plenty of space to relax whether with friends or family. Spotlessly clean, great beds, heating and cooling easy to operate and clean.

Quiet, pretty location. Walking distance to town and the Gorge. More room in the unit than expected. Comfy beds. All the facilities worked well. Clean except for the cutlery. Friendly staff. Plenty of on site parking.

This unit is really well appointed and had everything we needed for a short break with my cousin and her partner. .

One thing which could have made this stay better would have been a few hooks or more rails around the bathroom to hang towels on (as we were four people) and a few hooks by the door for coats.

Quiet location, spacious, well-equipped, under-cover parking.

Did not receive notice that the property had no staff and that we had to collect key from a different site. An email was sent but after we had departed from our previous night's accommodation. Had to phone.

Awesome location in peaceful grounds with duck pond and local walks nearby. Facilities were excellent with BBQ and deck area. Loved the view!

Not much not to like. Bit of a walk into town is the only down side but not far to drive.

Well kitted out so self catering was easy. Warm and cosy and a lovely outlook so to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and a verandah breakfast in the morning. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to the Gorge scenic drive and plenty of close by walking in the bush options. Ducks and Ibis wandering around for a little chat an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday stay.

Nothing we could think of.

The unit was great. Perfect for a family to self cater. Living and dining spaces had plenty of room. The use of a washer and dryer was also great.

Renovated kitchen and bathroom would be nice. The facilities provided were clean though so not a real issue.

Annie's Units were fantastic. Parking was excellent, the unit was huge, great shower and heating. Very nice unit and we will definitely be back. Very relaxing sitting on the front verandah having a BBQ. Honestly one of the nicest and biggest units we've stayed in on our travels.

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything about it.

A whole 2 bedroom cottage to ourselves with a full kitchen in a nice location over looking a lovely garden. Also undercover parking which was a real bonus.

The accommodation was very spacious, warm and clean and the hosts were lovely to deal with.

I think the name of the property 'Annies Holiday Units" should include reference to Golden Heritage Accommodation so that the busy traveller who has not read all her correspondence can more easily find the correct spot to go!
