Check in was easy. Our room was totally quiet and nice & dark at night. This coupled with the fact that the beds & pillows were really comfy meant that we had a great night's sleep. Shower was huge with great supply of hot water with excellent pressure. It was a cold night outside, but the quiet reverse cycle air con / heater kept room at a nice temperature. The motel is only a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Warragul, so easy to get to shops, restaurants etc.

Was surprised to find it was a Motel when I arrived, but also pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the room, very clean, modern and comfortable with the same facilities as a Hotel room. Located on the main road into Warragul, it took just a couple of minutes to reach the town centre where there were a number of places to eat. Parking right outside the room and it felt safe for a single traveller with free WiFi.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Small room, but well-appointed. We liked the dispensers of soap/body wash and shaving gel. The decor was nice, and my husband loved the industrial-feel dimmable lights above the bed.

It’s a little misleading reading the online description which states you have mountain views. There is the tip of the peak of a mountain way in the distance, over the multiple rooves of the housing estate. This did not affect our stay, but we were hoping to have a tranquil view after our very tiring trip that day.

Loved our stay at Comfort Inn enjoyed the nice scenery..Was clean & bed was comfortable & close to the Main Shops in Warragul.

My only problem was having room service walk in our room while we were still in Bed I found that very unprofessional and lack of privacy they should not be entering into any rooms while it is occupied..I had yelled out before they entered No Thanks but they had still opened our door with their keys and walked right in!! Very disappointed 😞

Well I was not expecting to be housed in the room that I am staying at. It's huge with two bedrooms and 3 TV's. Obviously this room would be for family holiday. Staying 4 nights. 2 km from town centre. Lots of towels and toiletries are for free use. WiFi. Fridge and microwave and oven.

Shower is only just more than a trickle.

I wasn’t quite sure about whether meals were provided or not. On booking the room there was a note explaining due to Covid, meals might not be available…on arriving the meals area was dark and looked liked it was not being used, so I didn’t worry about asking. When I opened the compendium, I noticed you could tick your choice of meals…I was a little bit confused…Maybe upon arriving the meal situation could be explained as to whether it’s is available or not.

It was very clean & quiet and the 2 bedroom apartment with a bath was a great size for our family of 4. The best were all super soft & comfy- all 4 of us were very impressed. Check-in & check-out we’re easy & fast.

The toilet roll holder was broken & the toilet was rather close to the shower door…only small complaints though.

Great location and comfortable space. Came back to our room on the second day to our bed made beautifully and bathroom tidied. Thanks so much!

Water temperature of the shower is a bit difficult to adjust and maintain.

Really loved the location and how close it was to the venue we needed to get to. Beds were very comfortable.

The stairs were a bit shaky when we were going up to our apartment.

It was very clean & tidy

I didn’t like parking out the back and dragging our luggage to the upstairs room right at the other end. My 82 yo father struggled with the walk & the stairs.
