The entrance was obvious, plenty of parking. The check-in was easy, and check out times where laid out. Staff were great explained everything when i checked in and made ot so simple to check out. The shower was great, spacious, clean, towels, face cloth, the shampoo, conditioner AND body wash was a lovely surprise. Smelt amazing. The bed was comfy, the sheets and blanket were soft and clean. The room had ac too... was so nice to come back to a nice cool room, was super humid and hot outside, had to be the weekend I was there 🙃 loved the convenience of the motel in Pakenham.

The breakfast was disappointing but I should have read the fine print.

It was in a great location, very clean, comfortable bed, very good shower. All Staff cleaners and administration where excellent. Good size room. Very good and quiet Air Conditioner.

The room was decked out for its design not functionality, the chairs where very hard and very uncomfortable. The fridge was very small, with a glass door, no door storage. Very small and flimsy shelves, making storage in the fridge very limited. Even the chairs in the foyer where very hard and uncomfortable. The bench space where the kettle jug was, was very small and cramped.

Being in Pakenham, I was quite surprised of the quality of the venue and amenities. Staying at this hotel felt like we were staying in a hotel in the city. The room was very clean and just like a hotel room in the city. Really impressive and thankyou for the complementary waters.

When I stay at a hotel, I do like a hot breakfast. I had enquired if this was an option however was advised only continental was available. I am sure the continental breakfast would have tasted lovely, it is just not the option I prefer when staying at a hotel.

The hotel was beautiful , comfortable and very clean. And smelt divine.

On arrival the receptionist was quite rude and very unorganized, it took far too long to check in . It was very disappointing that they only serve a Continental breakfast which didn't consist of anything appealing, we wanted a hot breakfast before heading to the airport, our party of nine had to get 3 Ubers to find somewhere that served a hot breakfast on a Sunday and there was nothing close by.

Breakfast was not bad but not the best. There is room for improvement. Even if you charge a bit more and have eggs, it would be much better. I would not have minded having scrambled egg or poached eggs. Don’t really care about bacon. Also some yogurt would have been nicer. The coffee was good and so was the raisin bread. The croissants and ham and cheese looked cheap. Not ungrateful but you guys should employ someone to make a better brekky even if it means charging a bit more for it. The place is really nice. Thanks :)

My husband, 3 month old daughter and I ventured down from NSW and found us accomodating in the Mecure in Paky. Needless to say, the staff were immensely helpful and informative as we were greeted by Trent who was so friendly! The room was incredible! Everything we needed to best assist our grizzly 3 month old girl and genuinely felt like a home away from home. We wish we could have overstayed our welcome, as the beds were so comfy! The interiors and architecture of the room is incredible! We have stayed at our fair share of fancy and five star hotels, and the Mecure Pakenham definitely exceeds 5 stars! This hotel is a dream if you have family in Gippsland and are looking to stay in between there and the city. Thanks for having us Mecure! We will be back. - The Beasleys

I liked the room; it fitted my family's needs for our stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy.

I wasn't so keen on the fact there was no body wash in the room's canister in the shower area, and I had to chase that up. That should have been done prior to my arrival, and it made me question how detailed the cleans are as there was a shaver cap on top of the shower canisters that wasn't mine and was there prior to my arrival. I was also not overly enthused by the continental breakfast, no bacon and no eggs, that's a staple breakfast item.

The bed was very comfortable. Easy access Clean

There was no hot water on saturday morning, it was very disappointing. We had to go out for the day not feeling clean. Hot water came on later that day. Sunday morning breakfast was also disappointing - i was expecting a full hot cooked breakfast, which it wasn't. We had coffee and checked out. We weren't to be charged for breakfast after the hot water fiasco, but we didnt end up eating anyway.

Just for one night I take my own breakfast . I have stayed here before and loved it so everything was as I expected it to be.

My leg isnt working as well as I might hope and I found it very difficult to get into bed. Not being very tall it requires jumping into bed and my leg wasnt up to that idea. So I spent most of my night on the couch. Not sure what I will do next time as I am told, all the beds are of the same height.

Excellent location with Cardinia Club right beside the hotel. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was bigger than expected and the shower was a good size with nice toiletries provided.

The only criticism was that the carpets had gravel and dried mud which I think may have come from the boots of a tradesman perhaps doing a repair? I found the room very warm and despite attempting I was unable to turn the heating off.
