Bed was very comfortable, bath room well designed and very safe flooring, non slip. Room a reasonable size for a king size bed. Receptionist very good and helpful.

Remote air conditioner control didn’t work. Net Curtain was not properly fixed at one end and hung down. Bar prices unreasonably high, food good but not greatest. Over priced. Rectangular plate was twisted so that it rocked when you tried to cut. Toilet had a wast basket immediately below hot air hand dryer, paper towels we’re blow around the room.

Very neat and clean rooms and bed was very comfortable with good selection of pillows to choose from. Great coffee in downstairs restaurant. Walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Excellent access to underground free car parking a bonus.

Perhaps could have a larger selection of wine glasses in room. Hard to drink Prosecco from a red wine glass. Sparkling wine glasses as well as the red wine glasses would have been more classy.

Clean and smelt lovely.

The fact that the bar was stated as being open until late but on a Saturday evening we walked in at 10pm after returning from a wedding and they told us they were closed and all the chairs were up on tables so they had obviously been closed for a good half hour or more. Very disappointing when we just wanted a quick drink before bed - we had factored it into our plans before we left to go to the wedding

Good location and price

Needs more thorough cleaning, especially vacuuming, finding other people's large pubic hairs is quite off-putting. Coffee machine was ok but almost all the pods were decaf which we didn't want, so there's no point booking for the machine. Offered upgrade via email, but the same upgrade was available for cheaper in person, they didn't give the upgrade anyway, even though it was initially accepted.

All the staff were extremely customer focused, efficient, courteous and helpful. The room was good - bed was beautiful, shower clean and tidy. The room was cleaned daily and linen etc. replenished. The facilities (i.e., parking, restaurant, access to room, other amenities etc.) were great and even better that they were in the complex. The hotel is also locally centered to all aspects of the town (i.e., Art galleries, other restaurants, shops etc.) are all very nearby.

I liked that the Hotel was generally not busy and quiet, the room was a fair size and the bath was good. The lady on check-in was very engaging. Parking and getting luggage in/out was so easy.

Restaurant area had loud music playing, the view was very dull... from midday Saturday pretty much everything closes, I'm not used to that :-)

it was such a wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and let us check in early due to a wedding we had to attend and all of our rooms were ready and close as possible to each other. Easy to check in and secure parking

Couple in the room next door where it looked as if it was a joining room to mine were really loud arguing close to midnight. made it hard to sleep. door joining my room to theirs wasn’t sound proof.

Location, in house restaurant, parking arrangements ease of access, general level of comfort.

The shower head was inappropriately aligned and needed considerable physical effort to correct it. The in house phone did not work, the ensuite door had squeaky groan when being opened and closed. A nuisance during the night

Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and slept incredibly, so that’s saying something! Great location, close to everything we needed. Lovely staff. Spa bath was INCREDIBLE!!!! Love that room service was an option, although we didn’t end up using it. Room was lovely and clean also.

Nothing to fault. 😊

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Good location in town with parking onsite. Great to have the bar next door. They made good coffee in the morning too!

Just a few little things - the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Drinking glasses in the room had fingerprints on them. The air freshener scent throughout the hotel was a bit strong.
