The staff were excellent, quick and easy check in and check out process, very convenient parking and I liked the system for how to access the building after hours, it was convenient and yet still secure.

The place needs a renovation, there were buckets under the ceiling in the hallway to catch water from leaks. There was no issues with leaks in the room and the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable, but I did feel it was about $20-30 over priced. However, given the alternatives in town I was very happy with my choice and will stay there again next time I am in Traralgon.

The room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. It was a shame that in a spacious double room, there was only one comfortable chair - so one of us was reduced to watching TV on the bed or sitting on a straight office chair. This is not the only motel which has not thought this through - two people, two comfortable chairs! Nice to have shower caps and small cakes of soap, rather than just the dispensers. Restaurant very pleasant - food good, breakfasts very nice but very big...

Received a warm welcome at reception and the staff were very professional. Was a great location; a short drive to town centre. My room had door entry inside the main building; with great security measures in place. My room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and minimal outside noice could be heard. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was a bit too soft for me but still comfortable. Would be good if reception up-sold the restaurant (dinner and/or breakfast options available).

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Mattress was very soft but OK once you got used to it. A good restaurant for evening meals. Very convenient for M1. We were happy with the hotel so stayed an extra night.

Continental breakfast choice was limited and freshly made coffee would be appreciated. However a good selection for cooked breakfasts.

Bed was comfy, room was cosy, had everything there to use. Shower pressure was so good it was like getting a massage while showering. Hardly heard the traffic even though it was close to the freeway. Would stay there again

My room was close to the external door, was a bit noisy when people came in or out in the morning and night. Could do with new pillows for the bed they were flat to lay on.

Nice large comfortable room, with ability to cast from your phone to the TV. The restaurant was good and we liked that we could bring our unfinished drink from restaurant to the room, and also have dessert delivered to the room.

Couldn't find individual light switches to keep a light 9n while others were off. Breakfast started a little late for when we needed to be leaving by. A 7am start would have been good.

Location was perfect - very easy to find. Room was incredibly comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, dinner was fantastic and delivered to my door without extra charge. The lady delivering the food held the door open for me to make it easier to bring my train inside. Great customer service.

Fan in bathroom was on the same switch as the light and was very noise and blew cold air into the bathroom. Pet hate of mine.

Breakfast with room service was lovely and plentiful. Room was very comfortable just the traffic noise from road as was near set of lights on a busy highway - which is only a problem as we live in very rural setting with no road noise at night. Water was lovely and hot for shower.

Fantastic place in a beautifully gardened environment. The room was lovely with a wonderful bed, lots of space and privacy. The staff were outstanding and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will look for new ways that I can return. Food was great and I loved every minute there. Thank you specifically to the wonderful manager that dealt with me on a number of occasions. He made the stay just delightful. Thank you.

Nice quiet rooms, comfortable bed although a little soft but that’s a personal preference. Rooms were clean. Dinner at the restaurant was great and the service we received from Kavid was friendly and inviting. Will stay there again.

Please fix the fish tank, I felt so sorry for the fish.
