The property it’s self was absolutely stunning. Amazing location close by to many wineries and Yarra valley destinations. Breakfast previsions were great and the room was spacious and comfortable. John was a lovely host. Highly recommend!!

The coffee machine was a little tricky to master but apart from that everything was just perfect!!

We had booked both villa's as we were attending a family wedding for the weekend. It was Nice to see a property that is exactly what you see in the photos. For breakfast an order form was given prior through email whereby we could choose from many items with the facilities to cook. The garden is beautiful and it was nice to sit and and admire the view with a glass of wine. The place was spotless, it was hard to fault but if i had to say anything it would of been nice, since we are staying in wine country, to either have a complimentary bottle of wine from the region or even the opportunity to purchase, as we were pre-occupied with the wedding we didn't have time to visit wineries. also the signage for the Villa's is small and we drove past it, and our NAV had us further down the road. but as i said, just a couple of little things, as we were happy with the whole experience.

Lovely location and private

Main road but generally easy to get out of and noise was not an issue. There is an ornamental item in atrium near spa which looked like a telescope and unnerved me a bit.

The location is close and central to all the Yarra Valley wineries This property has simply the best gardens we have ever had the pleasure to experience during a over night stay Sandra and John were very helpful and perfect hosts during our stay

small bed, would have liked a cupboard with Vegemite, Jam, etc, biscuits for snack. No Sky, Foxtel, SBS tv streaming. No music system to plug phone music into.

Beautiful property. Peaceful, quiet, exceptionally well-maintained and stunning western and Japanese gardens to roam.

A lot of spiders, but it's getting pretty well into country so make sure to expect them!

This STUNNING accommodation is in a perfect location to explore the Yarra Valley - close to everything, easy to navigate to-and-from, and right in the heart of it so you can visit wineries, dairies, gardens etc. The grounds around the Villa are immaculate, beautiful and so enjoyable - waking up to such a grand view, and getting to walk around and explore just adds an extra element to this stay that not a lot of other accommodation has. You feel like you've been whisked away to Tuscany, or shrines in Japan. The Villa was also very comfortable, exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything you need to make a yummy breakfast - getting to select what was supplied for breakfast as well was also a big tick for us. There were also fluffy robes on offer! Sandra & John are exceptional hosts - they live in a house just up the driveway so are available if you need something (like when you lock yourself out.. whoops!)

Really clean and well maintained. John was really nice to communicate with and prompt with responding to questions. The gardens are lovely too.

Good selection of foods on offer for breakfast which we needed to cook on the premises but plenty of choice. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking beautiful gardens in a quiet area. Would highly recommend.
