It was really nice after a long hot drive to arrive to the room that was air conditioned, clean, spacious and very comfortable. I liked the accessibility of the room with door opening out to a central courtyard and it was very convenient that we can park the car right in front of the door. My travelling companion required walking aid and the room was perfect for her and she was able to comfortably get around without obstructions. Although I did not meet staff face to face, communications from Ashleigh Court was excellent from the beginning and we felt taken care of and very welcomed. Little details were well considered and the towells were longer than ususal. The shower was large and clean and was very inviting with good water pressure so it was very enjoyabe.

The lighting in the courtyard was very bright in the night time, so it felt a little exposed when we sat there in the evening time.

We come up on grand final weekend from Melbourne and arrived early and got a message 3 hours early saying come straight to your room as it was ready for us the moment we arrived we were greeted and well looked after and loved by donna and felt that way the whole time we stayed such a lovely person even put on food and ice cream for our kids and just made the whole stay perfect, we will definitely be back and 100% recommend this place to anyone very clean and great company from other guest staying here as well definitely give it a 10\10 rating amazing place and amazing people. Excellent communication by email from Donna before our stay with a room upgrade. Mobile phone call to confirm that we were happy with the upgrade. Text the day of arrival with clear instructions with cabin number, where to park and that our room would available earlier than expected. Cabin was clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Donna knocked on every door and invited all the guests to come and watch the AFL grand final on a large TV outside and even provided food and drinks for everyone. Wonderful hosts.

Bed could have been softer

The room was clean and spacious.The shower was very spacious. The facilities were great eg barbecue area small kitchenette near barbecue.Including microwave. Inside room table and chairs,2seater lounge queen size and single bed coffee and tea sugar supplied > Utensils

The bed was a little hard. Because of the weather over 30 there was coachroches outside a few would crawl through the space between the front door suggestion maybe hotel needs to buy door stoppers to cover the space

The most beautiful setting and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable after a long drive it was perfect. Huge shower with great water pressure. Everything was just spot on. Cant fault anything. Exceptionally clean, gardens and lawn area well kept. Pool was very clean and inviting. There is a camp kitchen, with microwave, fridge and air fryer, bbq and pizza oven too.

Ashleigh Country Motor Inn is one of the best places i visit for a short stay. The place is very clean, well maintained. The pool was awesome. The support and reachability was excellent. The place is very nearby to the parks where kids can play, hotels to try variety of cuisines, even to woolies for regular stuff to pick up. My family really enjoyed the stay and would recommend others, if anyone is looking for calm and family environment.

Just a suggstion. Would suggest the mgmt to put a toaster in each room, so that the necessity to use the common area toaster is removed and family can enjoy the food with ease.

The property itself was large had a great looking swimming pool rooms were large and well maintained the bedroom was a decent size the huge all in all a great stay the laundry was free the whole Donna was lovely and really helpful

There wasn't anything that I could say we didn't like, but as always, in most motels, they could do with updating their mattress's more often. This one was not one of the worst. I've slept on some nasty beds in the past. Maybe I am a little spoilt when it comes to comfort. There was definitely nothing else to complain about. It was a lovely stay, thank you 😊

Communication re checkin was good, checkin went smoothly, room was clean and large and warm, heater had been turned on for us. Shower was big and had great water pressure. Towels were fluffy and white and sheets were clean and crisp white. Rooms looked out onto a lovely lawn and pool area and would be lovely in summer but it was a bit chilly at this time of year. For our 3 night stay there was no servicing of the rooms but the manager came to us on the 2nd day and asked if we would like clean towels, tea/coffee etc. - appreciated being asked. Whenever I contacted reception the issue was handled quickly and efficiently.

No WIFI, apparently they are trying to get it connected but have had some problems during COVID. I did contact reception and they very quickly gave me the office WIFI details and this worked very well. A little far out of town, no eating places really close by but no a problem if you have a car.
