The beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean. The entertainment system was up to date in technology. There were plenty of fresh towels, milk, coffee, tea bags etc. upon request. The pool was refreshing on hot days. Location of this Motel was excellent.

That the wash basin was situated in the corner of the kitchen area and not in the bathroom. Not enough basic cooking facilities in the kitchen area e.g stove top Fridge was small and the freezer was inadequate and although it was still working it was broken off its shelving. Upon the third days stay the pool was covered in leaves and branches in the afternoon and had to be cleaned by myself in order to use the facility.

Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Great price, which included a breakfast box for each of us. It’s not a 5 star motel, but we were not expecting one. Heater on when we walked through the door. Nice and warm. Cleanliness, location and how we could self check in was amazing and easy. Bed was comfortable, and BIG tv was a bonus. Definitely will recommend to others and will rebook again. There was nothing in the window to allow it to be open a little way safely. A long piece of Dowling would have meant I could sleep with the window open a few inches, which I prefer. Would usually prefer someone there in office but a family problem meant no one was there. Would also have liked some info on places to eat nearby.

Had a great few nights in Mulwala staying at Paradise Palms. Heater was on when we arrived, staff friendly, room was clean, spacious, and water pressure in shower was amazing. Our room had a large smart TV, which was great, so I could watch my Netflix before bed. Great place to base yourself to explore this area.

Great hosts ready to renovate and bring it up to date. In the meantime comfy and close to a pub for meals. Note/ half the rooms are up very steep stairs so if you have a disability let them know & they’ll book you a ground floor room.

Uncovered stairwell ( or was raining) & pool not heated. Minor issues compared to hospitality.

We had a great stay in Mulwala. This motel although older style was very clean and had an everything that we needed for a present stay. Location is great, just across the road from the lake. We watched the sun rise every morning visiting the park opposite the motel. 10/10 for us, we loved it.

Second time we have stayed here and we will be back. Staff were incredible, we have a young family and every person there was so accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious and pool & bbq both amazing. We will be back .

Nothing

Every thing was close and boys loved fishing across the road. May be just to improve on kitchen utensils , dinner plates and maybe have a lobby set in the cubbourd and to place a little carpet or tiles in the cubbourd otherwise have no other issues . Hosts were very nice and will definitely stay with them again and will recomend to friends about the place

Everything as all was close by and was great for the boys for fishing did not have to go far just across the road

Very comfortable bed in a room that had all we needed and was very clean. Heater was put on before arrival, very thoughtful on a freezing day.

The bathroom door rattled noisily to open and close in our room and we could hear the one next door too ( Otherwise very quiet)

We came to see the lake drained, and the Paradise Palms Motel was everything we needed for a few days away from the city. Clean, friendly staff, ample parking for our little boat. Will be telling our friends.
