Great location, friendly staff. comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower although shower head too close to wall. Good resort layout, great pools and gardens. Good restaurant options although 10-15% overpriced. Outside verandah with chairs and lounge chairs. Good local transport options and tour desk. Free laundry facilities.

Room while spacious were fairly minimalist. Table and chairs and desk, fridge and TV. Take away restaurant onsite, also room service but no options to reheat food. No toaster or microwave. Towels not sheet size as expected; minimalist toiletries. Basic tea and coffee but no crockery or cutlery. TV not working first day then second day no TV, phone or WIFI. Came on again late in afternoon. Power surge? No explanation or apology from management; suggestions of goodwill gesture not welcomed. ? Stuart and Chris?? Room probably worth $350; balance is for upkeep of facilities, pools, and extensive gardens, etc.

There was very little not to love! From the airport shuttle to the welcome drinks, to a beautifully cool and luxurious room with gorgeous garden surrounds, everything was well above our expectations. We especially loved the adults-only pool. It was crystal clear, large, had a variety of depths and afforded easy access for all ages. The bar service at the pool was also wonderful with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for all tastes. We will be back!

We thought that there could have been nibbles to buy at the pool like soya crisps, cheese and crackers etc. The other eats were too expensive and more like a lunch meal.

Adult pool was great and and quiet with plenty of lounge beds, The food and bar by pool was also terrific and staff were attentive, heaps of towels and sunscreen also . Had rto move sunlounges alot to stay out of sun as umbrellas dont move so bext to go when its quiet, Loved having adults only pool with comfy lounges. Great ambienace.

Pool is not heated but given it was 35 deg outside it was no problem just took a few mins to get the courage to walk in. Bungalows are very basic accomodation - they are not 5 star and very expensive for what it is - an old backyad bungalow, But with a family that is the only option . They are clean though just not fancy, exclusive or anything at all.

We had a pool studio room opening on to the Adult Pool. The pool was fabulous, with plenty of day beds and a variety of lounges to choose from. Alway plenty of towels. A variety of restaurants on-site was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! Will definately return.

As it was an Adults only area, it is designed for couples so King beds are the only option. However I travelled with my 88yr Mum. While the location was perfect for her - it would have been better if we could have had twin beds.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and our room was comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. We had another enjoyable stay at CBCR.

I was disappointed with the obvious cost cutting due to it being off peak season. We knew that not all the restaurants would be open and that was fine. It was more the lack of staff and menu options in the restaurants that were open. Also, not being able to get breakfast as room service was really disappointing.

Location is excellent and facilities available are very good. Great place for families. Evening drinks at the champagne and cocktail bar was fun and good variety of drinks available. Fabulous outlook and service was very good. Tour desk and reception staff were very helpful.

We chose to eat outside the resort as we were disappointed in the quality of the food in sunset restaurant (we ate dinner and breakfast here). Sunset bar seemed to not have the same level of high service as other parts of the resort, possibly just a staffing issue.

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our stay at cable beach resort. The staff was very accommodating and helping with our travels and even offered to pick us up after hours. I would like to personally thank Callum and reception staff for helping us out with travel arrangements as taxi’s were hard to organise. The room was very clean every day and the pool staff were always friendly and accommodating to our needs. 10/10 recommend this hotel and thank you for making our stay so memorable and welcoming!!

This hotel is wonderful. Great location close to everything in Cable Beach, great facilities, clean and comfortable. The restaurants were fantastic. This place would be great for families too, great facilities for kids. In saying that, if you're at the adults only pool you wouldn't even know kids are staying at the resort. Adults only pool was spacious and had a relaxed holiday vibe.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making ourstay truly special. Located right on the stunning Cable Beach, the resort offers breathtaking views and easy beach access. The facilities, including the pool and well-appointed rooms, were excellent. Dining was a treat with a great variety of delicious food. Overall, an outstanding and relaxing experience in Western Australia that I highly recommend.

Iconic location on Cable Beach with great adults only pool area and good restaurant options with Cichetti (Italian), Kichi Kichi (Asian) and Sunset Bar and Grill. Zanders does a good a la carte breakfast just across the road if you want to avoid the buffet at the Resort. A new South American restaurant called Papa Fuego capped off the dining experiences, particularly given it was the Wet Season and the Oyster Bar was closed. Complimentary expresso martinis around the pool late each afternoon were a bonus.

Now charging $5 per person for transfers to and from the airport. Silly move by the Resort given their pricing is at the top end. Similarly strange decision to take out the mini bar from the most expensive rooms at the Resort. While these are minor irritations it does seem management is squeezing every last dollar out of guests.
