The Room was Spacious & a nice set-up. My Room backed onto access to the Pool which I Loved. The Shower was Amazing, & I Loved the Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner & the Body Lotion that were in Plentiful supply in the Bathroom 😁👍👌🥰 They smelt nice & were of a Lovely Natural Quality. The Bed was Super Comfortable, & the Bed linen was of a high standard. The Tea & Coffee were tasty & a small carton of milk + 1 free bottle of water supplied. The service to Bathers @ the Pool Area was Superb...we were treated to Watermelon wedges shaped like mini Xmas trees..& Jugs of Iced water which was perfect on the hot days...also attentive conversation to see if we were enjoying our stay, & if we required anything...Very nice personal service 😁🥰 I was really happy with my stay for 2 nights.

Probably the 1 fault was there was only white sugar supplied where my personal preference is Raw Sugar 🤔 I think a Small microwave in the room would've been perfection.

The whole experience was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not flying out until the afternoon but they were more than happy to store our luggage and let us "hang out" in there alfresco area which is stunning. Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. We will definitely stay again when we go back. :)

The only thing we did comment on was there was no laundry. We were flying out the next day and crossed our fingers that our pool clothes would be dry for the flight home. As it turns out, they were but a laundry would be handy.

Staff were very friendly and attentive both in the restaurant and general service areas Food was excellent in the Italian restaurant our waitress provided outstanding service. Breakfast options limited the coffee was excellent , oat milk too ! View is fantastic. Location very good for walking to see other parts of Broome township, market etc

As it was close to the end of the busy dry season outdoor maintenance was in various stages . Some tricky parts of the pool path ways. 2 x Pools were definitely a lovely relief from the heat .

Staff very friendly and helpful. The little touches made a difference - fresh water every day and ample tea coffee sticks. Bottle of sparkling in my wife’s Birthday.

The only thing missing was the ability to sit outside our ground floor apartment- no table and chairs and strangely although sliding doors could be opened the screen door was welded shut with a sign saying “for customers comfort” we assume that was really hotel speak for “customers security”.

Located right on the beach with beautiful views and a great restaurant on site. Rooms were very clean with modern touches allowing for a great stay. Our room also had a little sun lounge right next to a big window perfect for curling up and reading a book. Room service offers the option to pick your perfect pillows to ensure a good night's sleep.

The pool area was a bit of a let down for such a nice resort and when ordering cocktails from the restaurant they were poorly made.

The location was wonderful. The outdoor area overlooking Roebuck Bay was superb. Although we had a car for five of our seven days it was an easy walk to the main part of town especially in the cool of the evening to enjoy some of the local eateries.

We found the chairs in our room most uncomfortable and while we weren’t there a lot when we were we felt that it was more comfortable to lie on the bed than sit on the seats.

Our suite was very nice and clean, friendly staff, amazing location with such an amazing view. Loved our little vacation

I was not aware that the hotel would need a $100 bond to hold, I haven't travelled much and I don't know if this is a requirement with all hotels everywhere, I just wish I had known before or during booking so that I'd have gone prepared.

Property 8 minute walk into town, so central Lovely lawned beer garden area overlooking the water, the food and drinks were great Breakfast option if you like but walk into town for brekky was good Rooms very nice and look like all being refurbished, bed large & very comfy Our room had a coffee pod machine Two pool areas with towels & sunblock provided A bit expensive but think this is Broome

Great location. Rooms were spacious. Views were fantastic. Restaurants were delicious!

The swimming pool near our room was cloudy green so we didn’t want to swim in it. We also had a problem with crickets getting into our room every night. We ended up putting a towel rolled up at the bottom of the door. The room was quite clean but under the bed was dirty.

The location is excellent. It has a lovely garden overlooking the bay and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the town, museum and local dining pub Matso's, one of the most popular places to eat in Broome. A local bus service is available to take you to Cable Beach or it is a short trip in a taxi. The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff were helpful and obliging. We had to leave a day earlier and were refunded the extra amount.

We were in a room on the second floor. As there is no lift or even a baggage lift it was hard to get the suitcases up the stairs. Request a ground floor room if this would be a problem for you. The outside areas (not around the front but near the rooms) could do with a clean, it was looking shabby. Our main disappointment was in the lack of dining facility. We could only eat in the casual outside area, which was very windy and chilly, as a pop up restaurant in the main dining room was fully booked, mainly by non guests. The food choices in the casual area were very limited and very poor standard.
