Swimming pool Check out - quick and easy ( friendly staff)

Check-in - the staff requested for my credit card information for a "bond"; I asked why, and she looked as if she did not know what to say. I had never heard of it before, and the app indicated that it was cash, not my credit card information... On Thursday, the music was extremely loud until late.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Although not the most modern, it had what we needed and was serviced daily by very pleasant staff. The hotel stored our luggage and they run an airport pickup service. The location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and a supermarket. By having a car we were able to access Broome and it’s beaches easily. However, there is an excellent bus service which runs half hourly for those who don’t have a car. The bus stop is directly outside the premises.

All went well. Staff kindly provided a credit voucher in the restaurant as a sorry for the failing air conditioner in room 12. Thanks to the staff for helping resolve the issue for us.

Bathroom is admittedly a little outdated but it was clean and functional. If you renovate it I assume costs to stay will increase too.....? I was happy with bathroom

I chose the Roebuck because I had been there before in 2000, it was central. had a twin room, a balcony and it was a secure area for me to have my grandchildren at times. The staff, the location and the excellent facilities served me well. Thankyou Stephen Flynn

The location gave easy access to Attractions. Parking was great and having a Pool is always a bonus. Staff were very helpful.

The chairs in the room need to be replaced. Not comfortable and falling apart. Could fall.

Rooms spacious; location great in main street, easy walking; pool kept clean; bbq facilities important and worked well; fridge in room with cold water good; airconditioning worked well

Microwave would be good addition to rooms.

Position, Position! While the big name offerings may have the class this has the location. Central and close to all that Broome is well known for. It was great having a guest laundry with real clothes lines out in the sun! Staff were helpful.

The rooms are only basic and some need an upgrade but factor this against price and location. The food service closes too early!

Room was large with shared balcony overlooking the pool. Within walking distance of town attractions and near bus stop yo Cradle Beach.

I was disappointed that they didn’t allow early check-in although they did let me in half an hour before 2pm. Likewise no late checkout.

It is a brilliant location. I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

It is a little run down. The room was not serviced every day. There was no light switch near the bed.

The staff were friendly and super friendly. The best in two month of travel in WA and NT! The location is very central and there are lots of places of interest and cafes close to the hotel. The hotel food is great with a pleasant beer garden

Noisy in early evening but not an issue with sleep. In fact place closes down very early!
