The alps circulate the Gotzen with breathtaking scenary and this hotel is a true gem easily accessible by 4162 bus at good frequency. Stepping into the hotel foyer up to my room, I felt myself traversing to 18th century home. Very ornate decor and heartfelt the attentive details everywhere. The room was comfortable, balcony outside to soak in the alps view anytime. I am impressed with the green-care awareness note for environment and earth - not to replace towers daily which is excessive hotel service to customers. On greater attractions, the warm smiles and greetings from the hotel and next-door restaurant in upbeat cheers. Many thanks for the LOVELY hand-made soap bar in ❤️ shape (Austrian soap). Last but not the least, breakfast was generous and satisfying. And the Austrian dinner cuisine at the annexed restaurant sparkles in taste amd service. If Booking.com.has up to 15 score, I would rate so for Alp Art Hotel Gotzen.

The view from the breakfast room was amazing! It had a glass roof space that created a lovely atmosphere to see the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods, beverages, and amounts of items. I will definitely return for another weekend in the future.

There were several different levels between the bed and the bathroom that were a bit tricky to navigate in the dark at night. The bed itself was a bit low, but generally a good bed.

The welcome from the receptionist was excellent. Very friendly, anticipating every need. I had booked for my parents who welcomed the lift directly from the car park. Breakfast was very lovely too, by bus in 10 minutes in Innsbruck with the bus stop very close. Location was also very quiet, allowing a good night‘s sleep in very comfy beds.

The room had for its size a touch too much furniture and felt a touch cluttered.

It was very wonderful stay - all staffs are very friendly and helpful(one of the staff kindly gave me good tips for trekking and cable car when I asked), the room was well decorated and very clean. There were the essential stuff like a kettle, cups, plates, teas, hair dryer, and soap etc in the room :) The breakfast was really great! I didn’t expect this perfect buffet - Breads, spreads, salami, salmon, yogurt, egg scramble, fresh juices, coffee etc… All were good. On top of that the breakfast place was very cozy and has stunning view. The location was also very convenient as the bus stop is just 1 min away from the hotel and only takes 15 mins to go to Innsbruck city centre. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountain view & countryside environment but still be close to city centre, this hotel is the perfect to you. If you stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend to walk to Liftstüberl Birgitz restaurant as it has stunning panoramic view - one of the most beautiful view in Innsbruck :) I attached the photos. First, I couldn't arrive to check-in properly. I've just underestimated the highways after the winter holidays. No problem for the very friendly hotel stuff. Everything was arranged for me. Thank you very much. The hotel is situated up the hill in the village of Götzens, outside of Innsbruck. The panoramic scenery of the Tirol's Alps is just breathtaking. The interior of the hotel is decorated with the old paintings and antiquities. One has the feeling being in an old Austrian castle. The room is quite big, with a larger corridor, a separate toilette and a bathroom, a small kitchen as a part of the corridor (with a smaller fridge and hotplates). At the end of it there is a large double-sized bed and a large sofa opposite to it. One can take a walk outside of the room on the large terrace with an exceptional view. Everything was clean and well prepared. The astonishing breakfast was simply a magnificent supplement to my stay in Tirol. Thank you very much. I will certainly return.

The room was a good size and well equipped with mini kitchenette, balcony area, seating areas, and a fantastic shower! The view was tremendous - mountain view and the church across. Of the seven places we stayed on this trip, this place had by far the best breakfast buffet - very fresh and with many delicious foods on offer. I loved the traditional decor, feel and vibe of the place. Staff were very kind and lovely. A great place to use as a base for exploring the area.

There was a step in the room not far from the base of the bed. My husband forgot about it the first night, missed it, and fell. The view of the church across from us was lovely, but the bells never stopped! Bring ear plugs!

The staff was exceptional. I had only booked for one night but despite being almost full, they were able to find me a room for a second night. They also recommended local attractions I otherwise wouldn't have know about and local restaurants. They explained how to use the bus system (free pass with 2 night stay and only 5km from downtown Innsbruck). The hotel is attractively decorated throughout with recycled doors, woodwork, and fixtures from old buildings from the area. The rooms have in-room tea/coffee making supplies. Some have a sink, hot plate, and fridge. All have views out over the nearby mountains. The breakfast choices were incredible--many kinds of bread, tea, coffee, eggs, vegetables, fish, meat, cheese, juices, cereal and toppings, jams, and cookies. Grocery store and bakery right across the street.

We totally loved this Hotel. There were simply no negatives at all. It was superb in all aspects. From the very friendly and informative staff, to the superb breakfast and lovely comfy and warm rooms with stunning views. whats not too like! We liked it so much, that we have already booked a return for similar dates next year. It was an absolute pleasure and a real gem of a find. Hope too see you all again soon - the only negative being an 11 month wait!!
