The beds, the balcony with view on the mountains. the Shutters infront of the windows, the room was perfectly clean. the room is speciuos. The garden for breakfast/ diner, the free parking in the garage. the very kind staff at the reception. The location, quiet and rural. good location to stay overnight when traveling to Italy, but also wonderfull to stay for a couple of days and enjoy the mountains and Innsbruck

Everything was perfect. the only comment we have is the quallity of the restaurant. We have stayed at the hotel 2 years in a row. Last year the service and the food was more then excelent! This year it still was good but did not have that special touch anymore. Allso the service was no longer as attetive and adequate as last year. About the rooms: The sutters infront of the window keep the sun outside but not the warmth. So on hot summer days the temperture in the room rises. Then you miss airconditioning. Though ofcourse it's better for the environment.

Just 2 things: 1) There is a farm right across the street, so it smells like horse sh*t All The Time. There is no AC in the room, so one has to open windows to get some air. But this air smells like a horse sh*t. 2) Bathroom is separated from the main room by transparent glass wall with tinted middle part. Lack of privacy. When someone goes to toilet at night, the whole room lights up.

Friendly staff. The room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was great. The tram leading to Innsbruck city was very convenient. Beautiful location. Parking on site.

The pull out couch / sofa bed was very squeaky. The corridor in front of the room was alway very noisy (the sound echoes) and the two big doors on either side of our room leading to the other rooms was very loud when they closed (slam shut). I would recommend sound reducing panels in the corridor and soft closing doors.

We've got a bigger and nicer room than the one we've booked. The view was Amazing !! The breakfast was also very good, with lots of options. The staff was friendly and they helped us find a 'parking spot' when everything was full.

Not enough parking spaces for all the guests.. with the help of a staff member we managed to put the car somewhere. It was ok in the end.. The shower drain was clogged. Less then 5 min after I started showering, the bathroom was full of water - literally the whole bathroom. I had to stop, with shampoo on, and I started cleaning the drain which has full of hair. Enough to ruin my day 🙂 Also, having a room with amazing view but with dead spiders and webs in the corners.. kinda sad.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late at night and we’re still able to check in, as well as leave out bags after check out.

It’s a little way out of innsbruck but easy access via tram or taxi if late at night. Room did not have air conditioning and during summer months in Europe it is very much needed.

We've a took a suite room and it was exceptional. Definitely worth the price. Staff was very nice, rooms are clean. The restaurant has not many dishes, but I think everyone can find something for his taste.

The hotel provides a parking, but you can't actually reserve it. Though there are plenty of free parking nearby. There's nothing much to do in the area. Not an issue for a single night stay, but might be a problem if want to go out.

Located in village of Mutters, close to tram station for Innsbruck or Stubaital Valley. Outside and underground parking with connection to the room by elevator. Good breakfast with lots of options. Room is nice and balcony too.

Staff is pleasant at most with rather cold attitude. We were not offered the Innsbruck welcome card until last day when we discovered it coincidentally. That would have spared some money on transportation and entrance to various sites. Seif locker in the room didn't work and was not repaired despite reclamation. Shower was not working properly but was repaired the same day. Bathroom door is not very opaque.

I need to give my appreciation to the night shift staff (Chinese). Extremely helpful and sincere, he has made a difference. Very good breakfast Perfect location (for drivers)

I think electric fan in each room is necessary for summer

Restaurant, hotel, the room, it was all fantastic. We loved our stay and love to come back again. The room was very spaciois, family room with a seperate bedroom within was perfect for us. Fantastic views and lovely dining. The staff in the restaurant was so patient, we were there with our baby and 2-year old and the baby was not feeling well and cried a lot and the staff was patient and kind and even heated his babyfood. Oh and superb breakfast!

Parking was small and we were not sure if the car would fit. Thankfully someone from the hotel came and helped.

The hotel has a great view over the area, spacious rooms and is well accessible for people with mobility issues. The staff is pleasant and helpful, even when you arrive at 10h30 PM. Free parking is available at the hotel. Hotel DasMEI is also very well located when you are passing through, as it is located near the A13, 10 minutes from the Brennerpas.

It was impossible to find something I didn't like about the hotel during my stays there. This is a very pleasant hotel to stay at when enjoying the Innsbruck region.
