Staff lovely and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Great location 15min drive outside Central Innsbruck. Welcome card for guests staying more than 2 nights is great value. Free bus rides and discounted/free cable cars included. Convenient and regular buses to town and close to nearby hiking areas. Pool and sauna an unexpected bonus. Four good resteraunts within 10min walk.

Wifi was good for surfing/streaming but unable to rely on it for an online work meeting. Room was quite hot overnight - with no air-conditioning. Opening windows allowed mosquitoes to enter and considerable road noise from passing traffic which may bother a light sleeper.

The breakfast was far over the expectations of a 4* hotel. The room/apartment was very tidy and big with good facilities (TV, bathroom, balcony). Indoor swimming pool and sauna cabinets. Free parking in front of the house and more in 50 m. Free wifi, card for free public transport for guests booked for more than 2 nights. The owner is very kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. The Pension Singer is in a good distance both from the city of Innsbruck and from the neighboring

It was a great stay! I was pleasantly surprised with the free Innsbruck Welome Card availability upon arrival, I did not know it is available at the place! Sauna is a proper way to relax after the whole day of hiking and the breakfast can satisfy needs of people with taste to different things. Also, so lovely to get breakfast included without any "pay extra for breakfast" that became a norm in many hotels nowadays. The place is very clean - hoovering of rooms and shared places is done daily and windows are opened to let the fresh air in, the staff is very thoriugh, respectful and friendly! So, overall, it is a lovely place for holiday: you are taken care of, everything is provided and you get advice on where is best to hike, eat, etc.

Personally, I am more of a late bird, so I would prefer the breakfast times to be longer (finished at 9:30). However, it is good time for the local tourism schedule, as last cable car goes down at 16:30, so you have to start your day earlier :)

The property was in a nice quite location in easy access to public transport in a which was useful to get anywhere. The bus stop was a few minutes away. It was homely, the host was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with fruit salads, lovely breads, yogurts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, other meats…. We stayed there 4 nights, I wish we had stayed there longer!

The location: beautiful views to the mountains, extremely close to the buss station to Innsbruck (10-15 min trip to the very center of Innsbruck). Reaching Innsbruck is very fast, easy and convenient. The schedule of the buses is highly predictable, so you can easily plan your coming and going. Cleanliness: impeccable Room: spacious, comfortable, large balcony. Breakfast: great, a lot of options, quality products. The host: all our requests and questions were addressed with kindness and promptitude. Great value for money!

Excellent location. View of scenic Alps mountains from the windows and balcony. Very good breakfast and extremely nice and helpful hostess Manuela. Easily accessible by bus. If getting down at Innsbruck HBF walk to Busstop point D (walk 100 m to your left as you exist railway station and cross the road to D) and take Bus No 4162 to Gotzens Gotzenerhof. It is exactly the 11th stop, 15 minutes away. After getting down at Gotzens Gotzenerhof (SPAR is landmark) walk about 100 m ahead you will find Pension Singer on your right. . The Stops are displayed on the bus if not you can track with google map after giving "Sportspension singer" and get down at the stop as I did when it shows some 100 m to 200m. Note there is another stop 800 m before, do not get down there. I am giving details on what I learnt to help other travellers. People are very helpful in Innsbruck but not all can help, as many you ask cannot understand English and they reply back in German. 4162 bus is there every 10 minutes. While going back from Hotel walk to same bus stand and stand opposite to SPAR and get down at Finanzamt (9th stop) and you can walk 5 minutes to Goldenes Dachl (Golden roof) which seems center place for tourists. Advise to buy 1 day (53 Euro) or 2 day (63 euro) or 3 day (73 euro) Innsbruck card. Available in tourism office in Maria strasse near Golden Roof. We did buy 3 day card 73 euro and it was really worth it as as bus, tram, "Sightseer bus" (hop on hop off) and all tourist places Ambras castle, Golden roof museum, Swarrovski Crystal, Alps cable car to Hungerburg (start from Congress) all free and included in the Innsbruck card. We had a truly memorable stay in our 4 days in Innsbruck.

The location is very nice with a wonderful view. Breakfast was very tasty with good choice. Everything just great. We got an extra pillow when we asked for one. Great bonus is the Welcome card which allowed us to use the bus to Innsbruck and had lot of other extras.

There isn’t much to report. Our balcony was facing the street and it was quite loud but when we closed the window it was fine.

It’s so charming on the exterior. I love the flowers and the carved wood . The place is beautiful! The breakfast was fantastic! Many options, all delicious! Rooms are clean and suitable.

Our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke . But the smell went away after leaving the balcony doors open while we went to dinner. The rooms are basic, but clean

Confortable Rooms and beds, quiet location next to some good restaurants. Overall cleaning and facilities are very good. Good breakfast.

Wi-Fi is very poor, I could barely have any signal in the room. Toilet door gives very little privacy, it's not acceptable that you can see partiality through the glass door and it also does not close very well.

A stunning hotel. A huge room with a sitting area and balcony. Beautiful decor throughout the whole hotel and a beautiful swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with so much choice. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel we have stayed in on our trip through Europe and great value for money. many thanks
