The employees were so wonderful! Our car broke down going over the alps and we needed to turn back to Innsbruck and find a car near the car rental facility. This hotel was right there and it had a beautiful terrace that we ate/ drank ( lots) on. Lovely staff at the front desk and management. Super comfy beds

Our dinner waiter was grumpy and just gave us things that were expense. We ordered 2(two) bottles of “ house wine” for dinner and he charged us 34 and 36 Euros for the same bottle. Then charged us for four ) desserts when we asked for a big slice of strudel. (Don’t judge, you weren’t rolling down the Alps backwards with no power in your car.) Thank goodness we manager took care of it the next morning and informed us they don’t have “ house” wines, but only bottles of nice Wines. Thank you Nina!!! The honesty here is heartwarming.

This couldn't be a better location to stay for a flight out and have a relaxed first night if your holiday. Easy access to the city centre on the 'F' bus that pretty much stops outside. Also you can take a bike or scooter. Five minutes walk tio the terminal. An amazing breakfast spread. Super modern, clean, spacious rooms. Lovely spa on the top floor all included. The evening meal was ok and appreciate it was limited as they had a large unexpected group in. The little bar almost directly opposite the hotel was great for a drink and snack and full of local people, cheap and cheerful.

The check in staff and the lady in the restaurant were lovely, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately there is one bar man who is not happy, he is just not congruent with the rest of the team. I have never had to pay cash for a drink and food in any hotel as I go. I. can see the benefits especially when you don't get your change, assuming it as a tip! We felt slightly scammed. : (

Nice location, great shower, the fact that they invested upfront in the quality of the building is really appreciated.

The lack of pavement access in front of the building. When booking a twin room, the beds where made up separate, but weren’t separated, didn’t really want to have to go to the effort of re-arranging side tables to separate the beds.

The breakfast was just great, a huge variety of fruits, cheese, cured meats, bread, and so on and so forth. On top of that, the staff was super super friendly.

The queen size beds were two single beds joint together, which is a bit annoying, specially if you move a bit in your sleep... you'll end up hanging in a limbo between both mattresses. Also, I found a bit odd that there was no kettle nor coffee machine in the room.

The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, and the location to the airport couldn't be bettered. Also I would like to especially commend Armando the night porter who was so helpful and kind on my early check out....amazing service!!

There was nothing I didn't like...for me the place was perfect.

We only stayed overnight as the hotel is near the airport. we therefore didn’t use the facilities e.g. sauna. However, from what we saw, it would be a great place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. Modern. Standard room was very comfortable with a big window that opens to get good ventilation. Excellent shower. And just 5 minutes walk from the airport.

Nothing that we encountered.

All great. Even when i was struggling to arrive on check in time i contact with hotel and we manage to sort it out. First class service. All receptionists super friendly. Restaurant staff as well friendly, happy and smiley. Highly recommended place five star service

Nothing to complain... Only the bees on the outside terrace restaurant a little bit anoying but it is nothing acording to hotel. We manage to change table for the inside one and again very helpfull restaurant staff.

location can’t be faulted near Innsbruck Airport, perfect for late arrival or early getaways, staff were excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating

no drink facilities in rooms and had to request water as well, bar didn’t open until after 4pm

The hotel scrambled to accommodate passengers from a cancelled BA flight at short notice late at night. The reception staff kept their cool and dealt with everyone efficiently and politely and they deserve a commendation for being so nice. The restaurant staff also worked exceptionally hard to feed everyone and the food and service were both excellent. The room had a stunning view and was very well prepared and the breakfast was fantastic. All round a great property and we are very grateful to them all for taking such good care of us. We may even book to stay there again as it was so nice. Very convenient location for Innsbruck airport too, just a short walk in glorious surroundings. Might be the best airport hotel ever!

Mattress could have been softer!

Super convenient to the airport. Staff was very helpful; loaned me an electrical converter as I’d forgotten to pack one. Bus stop to city centre just a few meters outside hotel. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

Price slightly higher than expected for both the room and breakfast (€20) than for typical airport hotel.
