There is no breakfast included, the hotel restaurant works from 5 PM. So you need to bring the food with you or buy it in nearest shops (closest one is in 700 meters).

free parking and good wifi, checkin and checkout is possible to do without any staff by online instructions.

We loved the location (as we had a car) and the wonderful views from our balcony. The restaurant (Fratelli) was a really fantastic meal and good value for money. We wished we had a chance to eat there again in the garden. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We would have loved a small refrigerator in our room. Whilst the hotel is named Art & Sport Hotel, I guess the sport refers to local sport options in the area rather than facilities at the hotel. But for us, the hotel was a perfect base to see Innsbruck.

Easy instructions on how to get the key, easy check in & check out, comfortable beds, warm rooms, all facilities on site, wonderful and stylized restaurant on the ground floor and beautiful, picturesque landscape out of the window. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasure!

There was a slightly disappointing electric plug issue in the kitchen i.e. the usage of kitchen supplies was only possible one after another due to only one electric plug.

Very large, bright rooms, with a nice balcony. Fridge and TV available. Everything was very clean, the garden very well kept. Windows were double-glazed so there was no significant noise from the road. Overall, very comfortable rooms.

The parking space in front of the hotel is limited. Pillows were soft but a bit too high for someone like me with a "bad neck". From the Hotel one can reach Innsbruck center with a streetcar (Natters station), but the road that leads to the station has a very slim sidewalk.

The restaurant was just great, very nice place to relax. Also food was exceptional - very tasty and also looked nice. Waiters were professional and super nice.

The kitchen in the apartment could be equipped a little bit better. There was no dedicated dinning space in our room. We had to eat on the table in one of the bedrooms. The beds could have been better too. One of them was very squeaky.

Just outside a village where there was a Bakery/Cafe for breakfast as not provided at property.

Had cooking facilities and a fridge in our room but no instructions as to how to turn them on. Parking was limited with instructions for further parking which was only available summertime. Should have been designated guest parking as the Restaurant was open to the public. Not having a member of staff available

Staff were very helpful during the entire stay. We had a double room with six beds and a small kitchen with a couch and a dining table. It felt very spacious with a family of four. The beds were comfortable.

The double room was spacious but lacked atmosphere. Some different color lights and some decorative elements on the walls would do wonders. The kitchen misses some essentials, for example a regular pan to boil an egg. Given the size of the kitchen and dining table, smaller plates would be more convenient.

The location was really , only 13 min drive to the old town center. 5 min away from natterer see camping places . You can play tennis, rent E bike from them. The stuff are really friendly. I was with my family and really enjoyed it.

In the reception was bit difficult, you can find them always but you can write them in WhatsApp.

Quiet place. Out of the way. Rural setting. Absolutely excellent restaurant on site. Good mattresses. Clean rooms. Good views out windows with excellent curtains/ shades for night sleeping. Peaceful country side setting.

Really need to rent a car to stay here. We used bus for transport to Innsbruck It worked out fine Uber cost to Innsbruck $25 euro. No coffee maker in room. Tea kettle was available.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for what we needed. With well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. Easy access without the need for check in. Very clear instructions given how to check in and check out.

We stayed one night during the euro soccer tournament so the hotel was noisy till early hours of the morning disturbing sleep
