Binders is located in a residential area a tram ride from Innsbruck center. It was an easy ride. The facility was excellent, modern and complete. The room was small but had a view to the mountains that made it feel larger. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was fine. The staff was efficient and professional. I would stay there again.

I had no complaints about the hotel. It wasn't a quaint historical lodging in a picturesque setting. More like an efficient business hotel although I didn't see any business people there. The location was fine but not in the center of any restaurants, or city attractions. Just for accommodation. That was fine with me.

The room and the bathroom are very nice. It's not huge, but it's clean and very comfortable. The price also included an Innsbruck Card, which allowed me to use public transport all the time to get to the centre and back in only a few minutes. The location was great, at a good distance from the main station, and with two supermarkets at a close distance.

My room faces south, which could get very hot in the summer. At night it was ok, when I opened the window completely. The price of breakfast (18 Euro) seems a bit high, but there are plenty of bakeries and cafes around, so that didn't bother me.

Hotel is very close to the highway, so it’s easy to get to for traveling by car. The overall atmosphere of place is very welcoming, you could feel that staff wants you to feel at home. Room is spcious and balcony with nice view was great. Tasty bread options on breakfast and fresh orange juice.

Wi-fi was very unstable, if you plan to work from there with calls - make sure to buy internet pckage as wi-fi is not suitable for calls. Lack of vegetables on breakfast apart from some paprika or cherry tomatoes. Makes the food very heavy.

This is not a budget hostel, it's just as good as an Ibis or other chain hotel, hence the hotel price. Lovely stay, room was clean and warm and comfortable, with a modern and spacious bathroom. I didn't mind the 25-minute walk to the centre as it's a busy, safe and scenic route, but there's a nearby tram which gets you there in a few minutes too. I was able to leave my luggage for free on the last day, albeit in an open and unlocked room out of sight of reception, but nobody interfered with my bags so not an issue. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and I appreciated the Do Not Disturb sign for the door, I just wanted to be left alone and do my own thing which I was able to do, very pleasant and stress-free stay!

Kettle in the room would've been nice but I didn't really mind. Also the wifi kept cutting out and asking me to sign in again every day twice a day which was slightly annoying.

the property was clean and quiet at night. we had the most amazing view of the mountains, transport is easy to jump on off and there is a bus stop nearby!

the bed was uncomfortable, we had a very drunk neighbour on the first night singing until a stupid time in the morning (not the hotels fault, but irritating none the less). the hotel wasn’t central either, it was actually quite a way away from the centre. google maps suggested it was a 26 minute walk to the old town so be prepared for this!

The hotel was very close to all the necessary public transport. The room was very clean and the area was quiet, ensuring a good night sleep. I have to thank the staff. I can't speak German and they were always so kind to give me recommendations, directions to public transport and also help me figure out how to book a seat on the train to Vienna. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the centre by bus but it seemed to be situated in an area with locals, making my stay more worthwhile. The views were amazing, I can't even get started on that!

The room was a quite small. Unfortunately, I was also close to the main door so I would often hear people going in and out of the corridor at night.

Stayed in the single room with mountain view on the top floor (4th floor). Very clean, beautiful views, lots of tables/surfaces to put my stuff on, modern sleek bathroom. Few minutes walk to nearby buses to get into central in 10-15 minutes, close to J bus stop which takes you to the 2 main mountains in Innsbruck (Nordkette and Patscherkofel)

Very minor things: no kettle with tea/coffee in the room, no hooks/shelves in bathroom to put your stuff. Also the room was too warm even though the heating wasn't on, would recommend you bring shorts and t shirt to sleep in and not long sleeve! Pillow was a bit lumpy

Breakfast was good. The bed was really comfortable. The balcony view is breathtaking. The room has a bathtub where you can have relaxing baths.

The room was quite small. Didn't had much space to walk. Wish there was a small fridge where we could store some food. We had a hard time entering the room as the entrance system didn't want to open when we gave our card for scanning. The service could be better. We ordered the welcome card option online few days prior to our period of stay, but the receptionist complained that we didn't send it and that it is not their problem. Therefore we had to wait for the next day to get the welcome card.

Nice room, breakfast very good. You see mountains just from the entry to the hotel - like everywhere in Innsbruck :)

Uncomfortable pillow - otherwise the bed quite ok, location not very convenient, the request to pay in advance by a bank transfer because of the non-refundable booking slightly out of trend and inconvenient. I'm not quite sure about the general level of prices in the city, but I found the price I paid for 1 night too high.

Great budget hotel with excellent breakfast - Great mountain view from room, the place is nicer than shown in picture. Room size is small but not bad at all. The hotel has elevator, hair dryer in bathroom. Iron can borrow from staff. Stff is friendly. - Transportation: near tram no.3 Dr.-Glatz-StraBe st. or bus J Tivoli/PacherstaBe stop (5 mins walk from transport to hotel), hotel is easy to find. Hotel will provide welcome card for all free transportation to cover entire period in Innsbruck (I stayed there 2 nights) which is so convenient and good value, don’t forget to ask at the reception. If you plan to take cable car to Alps, you can you bus J to last stop to reach some path of cable route, and the cable fee will be cheaper (I didn’t knew that). - Excellent breakfast: Variety of choices, the best things are fresh orange juice squeezer and fresh coffee machine - Tips: Prepare EUR cash with you. They mostly accept card in Innsbruck, but if you plan to travel around Austria even in Vienna, you need cash.

Not a big deal but better to have refrigerator, fan in room (no a/c), some hook in bathroom
