Close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Room was simple, comfortable and clean. Floor to ceiling windows are an interesting touch, but obviously the view depends on which floor you're on and which side of the building, not to mention the weather! Fab view from the bar and breakfast room at the top of the hotel, and the breakfast service was efficient, with a good selection in a small space. Very kind server made a point of clearing a window table for us when there were plenty of other tables available - started the day off very well.

I usually start off about the property itself in a review but I’m going to start with the staff. Overall they were fantastic, friendly and helpful. But a special thank you to Valentino, the night Porter when I arrived at the property. I had just come off a night train at 5am in Innsbruck and asked if I was able to relax in the lobby for a while, Valentino was extremely accommodating to the request, he also took an interest in where I’d come from in my journey and where I’d travelled. He also checked to see if there was any possibility of my room being available there and then, when it wasn’t he said that he’d speak to the day staff about getting me into my room earlier owing to my early arrival, which when I returned to the hotel after a morning exploring it was ready for me. He’s a credit to the hotel so a massive thanks from me. The hotel itself is conveniently located, has incredible views and the rooms are fantastic. Everything is provided and no request was too much. I am not sure as to when the next time I will be in Innsbruck will be but whenever it is I’ll be staying here again.

The room w the mountain view was amazing. Took away stress immediately when you wake up. Showers were amazing, plenty of chairs, bed was comfy, room was clean. Location was prime, 3 min walk to central station, 3 min walk to shopping mall, 10 min walk to city center. Rooftop bar offers the best skyline

Not really anything, but if I have to nitpick: The lobby was small not grand for this type of luxury hotel, but only offers the necessary. That also reflects the reception staff that are nice but wont go the extra mile or be extra friendly, but maybe that's just the culture. But were helpful when we wanted to buy tickets to Swarovski kristalweltten, gave us some discount

I really love the spectacular view from the room, yet it is so close to the train station. We got two rooms - #911 which is on the same street as the station towards the west, and it has sweeping view of the snow topped mountains, - #906 which is facing the rail tracks towards the east, and sunrise was very beautiful. Bathroom is very good size. Bed extremely comfy. The staff made us very welcomed, and we enjoyed the spa/sauna which is opened 4-10pm and complimentary for our stay. We were provided with bath robes and slippers. We wouldn’t see it before it gets dark, but believe the view would be spectacular too.

Worth the stay for the view alone, which is spectacular. The hotel is centrally-located, very close to the main train station and the city itself is walkable and so there are a multitude of food/drink options within 10 minutes on foot. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bar on the upper floors is also definitely worth a drink or two, it's smart, cosy and also boasts a wonderful view.

Our entire stay was great and I'd stop here again but if I had to note an area for improvement, would say the beds weren't outrageously comfortable.

View is exceptional. Location is superb - right in the middle of the city center. All major sites, grocery store, restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. Parking garage right below the hotel.

The sofa bed was way too hard to sleep on, even for a child. Had to ask for a replacement repeatedly, which was eventually taken care of by the cleaning lady who was very nice and understanding.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. The room offers a beautiful view of the mountain. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant is on the 12th floor (rooms are on floors 7 to 11). Breakfast is plentiful, everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff is very nice, polite and attentive.

The very young girls at reception are not up to the job. They are nice and smiling, but at check-out they wanted to charge me for breakfast, which I had already paid for on arrival. The problem is not that she didn't see it first in their system, but that when it turned out I had already paid, she didn't apologise, just remarked "indeed, you have already paid." The minimum she should have said was "I am sorry, I made a mistake."

The view steals the show. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfectly close to the station. The rooftop bar and restaurant offer a unique experience and the (dinner) food was amazing.

One of the receptionists was quite rude when we arrived, and also on the second day when we had questions about the restaurant which put a damper on the experience. Luckily the receptionists who checked us in and out were different and were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean overall but there were areas that definitely needed proper dusting and in the case of the shower, mould removal. The spa seems well equipped but relies on the view and lacks pleasant interiors compared to similar spas in four star hotels internationally.

The view from our room (11th floor) was absolutely stunning. We were allowed a really early check-in which is really appreciated. The front desk person was very helpful and kind. There was some mix-up between Booking and the hotel causing a difference in price of about 24 euro which the hotel decided to absorb.

The staff at the breakfast are not very attentive and aware of the food on offer. Our order for an omelet took almost 30 min, probably because they forgot to order it in the first go. Also, they were not aware if some dips were vegetarian.

Amazing view from a very comfortable room. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed during our stay as we were looking forward to breakfast with a view, but otherwise, a great stay.

One of the reasons for booking the hotel was because there were great reviews about breakfast in the restaurant looking at the view of the mountains. A few days before we left, we found out the restaurant was being refurbished, which is understandable, but there could have been better advance warning.
