The hotel is in a great, central location. It is a short, flat walk from the railway station if you are dragging a suitcase, and likewise close to many attractions. The staff are very professional and friendly and seem genuinely happy to work here. They excelled in assisting with local information and ensuring a comfortable stay, An excellent continental breakfast is served with bacon and eggs also available for those who want them. It was really nice to see the manager greeting guests personally whether at breakfast or during the day. She appears to lead by example, which is refreshing to see. And she has a cheeky sense of humour! We stayed in the "Loft" and had a grand view of the mountains from the balcony. Supermarkets are close if self catering and a laundrette is a block away.

It's very difficult to fault the hotel. The elevator is a little quirky being a single call button so you may go up if you were wanting to go down. But you get there, and it can provide a chance to meet other guests and have a chuckle. Really my only grizzle is It would be nice if the front entrance could be ramped in the future, it is presently a single low step. This would make it easier with heavier luggage/mobility chairs and the like.

Better than expected. Felt more like a 4 Star standard. Very friendly staff at the reception as well as at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Despite being in the center of the town, it was quiet inside. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the courtyard. Despite open window at night, very quiet. Very good breakfast. A la Carte coffee orders, very nice touch. Small but perfectly equipped gym.

Nothing. The price was too high, but it was the high season. Other hotels had even crazier prices. If in Innsbruck again, we will definitely come back (although not at high season prices).

Helpful reception staff. Very attentive and friendly breakfast room staff. Extensive breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, Italian meats, plenty of fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. Easy walk to the Old Town area squares, restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy access to public bus and trolley bus. Local bakery serving delicious lunch options just 2 doors away. Very clean hotel facility from the elevator, hallway to rooms, breakfast area, guest rooms and bathrooms. Nice bed linens. Comfortable pillows. Bed was slightly too firm but still comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaning daily.

No reception staff after 10pm - no lobby access. Enter with room key through the garage next door. Not difficult but a bit spooky in the dark. Shower stall is small, raised 10 inches and very slippery - not able to exit without grabbing the towel rack for stability. Although our room was very small, there was room to place our suitcases on the counters provided.

The Zach Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities you need to feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, providing a great start to the day. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of Innsbruck's top attractions within walking distance. One of the things that stood out was the attention to detail, which is evident in every aspect of the hotel. This attention to detail extends to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Room upgraded into main building. Great size, very comfortable and immaculately clean. Housekeeping and all the staff lovely and helpful, especially ‘smiler’ who served us breakfasts most mornings. Fabulous breakfast choices, including scrummy bacon and eggs as well as full continental, excellent location for the free ski buses to most resorts (and train links to Seefeld and beyond also excellent and just a few euros), close to the old town etc. Having stayed here before and loved it, we returned and will be returning again. It would be nice to utilise the breakfast room as an afternoon tea/coffee lounge. Some of us more ‘mature’ guests are done with the slopes by early afternoon and whilst rooms are very comfortable to chill before dinner, fresh coffee and biscuits would be perfect in the afternoons.

The Hotel's location was so conveniently situated, walking distance between the main train stations and the City Center. Even if you need to take trams or buses, the Hotel provided us with the Transportation card for free during our stay. The room was bigger than most rooms in Europe and although there wasn't any kettle, you can just go down to the Lobby to get yr water. Breakfast spread was really good. The staff namely Jasmine, Stefi and Mara were very warm, friendly and attentive. I will strongly recommend this hotel to those who plan to visit Innsbruck.

Convenience location! 5 minutes away from the Innsbruck HBF and also situated near old city. The hotel is very bright and welcoming. Staff was suppppper friendly and helpful. They speak so many languages which I found super cool! Great choices of food and had everything you could need for a wholesome breakfast. The restaurant staff is also super nice and hardworking - leave them tips if you want :)) Bed was very comfortable and i slept so goooood. especially the mountain air there is so fresh in the morning! room was spot clean, nothing to complain about. 8-10 min walk away from the Golden Roof and the famous attractions!! totally worth it loved the fitness center!! it is important for me to always stay at hotels with gyms and theirs was super nice. Brand new technogym equipment, a treadmill, rowing machine, and nice weights machines, too. I really liked it a lot

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, great location, helpful staff, very good breakfast and good value for money - ticks all the right boxes! They gave us the Innsbruck tourist welcome card which gave free travel & discount but the Innsbruck card we bought was exceptional value if you are going up cable cars, etc and visiting some of the key sites. A really lovely city with lots to see and do.

Nothing. There was some building work over the street that we looked on to but didn’t affect us at all.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a five minute walk from the train station. The receptionist was extremely helpful in ensuring we got to the right bus stop to take the bus to the airport the following morning. The bus stop was a 5-10 minute walk, and the bus to the airport takes 12-15 minutes. It's a few minutes walk to the charming old town of Innsbruck. The bed was comfortable and there were extra softer pillows in the wardrobe. The breakfast was good. The common areas were very modern.

The bathroom wasn't very modern (but was very clean) and it had a noisy fan. The room was quite hot.

When they asked me about my stay at the time of check out, I said that it wasn’t ok, Mara’s face was hilarious when I said “it was perfect”. Just gotta say that the service given by the people that work there is the best. Mara’s welcoming attitude all the time was well appreciated, she is an Italian lady that speaks immaculate English. The food at breakfast was very varied, and very good flavour (this coming from a Mexican guy) Stefi the girl at the restaurant, we were surprised to find she is a Latina that was fluent in her native Spanish, German, English and Italian, but her service equals her language skills, besides she is very friendly to everyone. Every day we were met by the owner Katharina (I don’t know if I’m spelling it right), she always was asking if everything was ok and of course it was. She told us about the history of the hotel and was very interesting. By the way, clean, excellent location close to the train station in good walking distance to downtown, the room we booked was marvellous with good view and clean. Surpassed our expectations
