Location it’s nice , quiet and has some supermarkets around , also a gym and pharmacy. I was able to do an early checkin for a small fee , and also my apartment was equipped with an air conditioning.

The tap in the kitchen it’s broken , and the bathroom sink it’s clogged , I’ve warned the personal , I hope they can fix that . My apartment was the 23 .

Easy to find the location, great and easy check in and out way.

Didn’t find the sheet for third person as we paid for it and the house keeping didn’t even waited for us to leave and brought the stuff to our doors even before we checked out 🤦‍♀️

checkin quite complicated, keyboard low and not visible but one has to type a lot bathroom sink was leaking quite a bit, I guess maintenance is low

Very clean , complete in all areas, good location , many facilities nearby

WiFi connection was a bit poor at the ground floor apartment

- contactless hotel - easy to check-in and get keys - parking garage - lift - view on the roundabout across stadium - small gift (small shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, tablet to the dishwasher) - location (20 min walking to the city center)

- entry hall of the room was quite tight, so manoeuvring with a stroller was a little hassle - during check-in the parking option was not visible (or we didn't saw it), but after 3 messages with the host it was quickly resolved - (nitpicking) little imperfections that slightly ruined top notch hotel experience, e.g.: old and slightly damaged shower head, dripping shower hose,...

Staffs were extremely helpful and responsive to the requests. We really appreciate this.

There was only one check-in counter, and when we wanted to check-in, there was a group of people in front of us, trying to checkin by using the check-in counter. However, they were failing to complete the check-in process, and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to complete the check-in process during the midnight. The number of check-in counters can be increased for preventing such situations.

Most of the things were great. Location, comfort and decoration was great. Every utensils cups, coffee machines were great makes me feel like staying at home.

In the bathroom near to the shower there was a little window which hasn’t any curtains and that was making me uncomfortable when showering. And then when we back to our apartment door was not opening with the card and we had to wait up to an hour to staff open the door which was frustrating.

Mattresses could be much better. Construction works of neighbour building which starts at 7:00 in the morning. Very rough and narrow entrance to the parking. Only self checkin is possible and could work only after 15:30 - do not even think to come earlier. We got a room in the basement with no windows, but customer service changed it by our request.

I was able to do an early checkin after a phone call to the central , and my apartment was very clean at my arrival . It’s also modern and had everything I’ve needed for a nice stay , supermarket, gym and even a bus stop were nearby , I do recommend.

Property was clean and well organized. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with basic utensils. Staff was very responsive to queries.

We found it but difficult to reach location. But it is accessible by bus in 15 mins from main station. Facility offered luggage storage for early arrival before check in. However, it is at different nearby black-home property. It would be helpful if property may provide automated luggage storage at the property itself.
