Great location in the centre of Innsbruck old town. Basic room but clean and spacious. Good breakfast. No parking on site but parking available just around the corner for €15 per day.

Everything as always having stayed at this hotel several times, reception very professional & helpful, cheerful and friendly. Location is right in the heart of Innsbruck excellent transport links if staying for a few days they will give you a welcome card allowing free bus & tram transport and other benefits, bus stop just outside of Hotel with a direct and regular service to the Airport. 5 minutes walk to the Rail Station. Nice restaurant 3 minute walk away, turn left out of Hotel and a great place for a meal and very welcoming --- Restaurant --info@cafeimhof.at

It's an absolutely charming old building, 5 minutes away from Innsbruck Hbf, with the gorgeous mountain as a backdrop. Location is just perfect. Kudos to the staff for being flexible on the check in: we nearly got stuck up on Nordkette (I was kind of disappointed that we didn't) so there was a chance that we might miss the 3-7 check in window, so I emailed them but they said it was no problem and offered an alternative option to pick up the key. Much appreciated. Room was lovely and comfortable, maybe a tiny bit dated but very clean and the charm of the building makes up for it anyway. Breakfast buffet was very good with enough tasty choices. Loved the breakfast room: it has a great view to the town center, I could have sat there all day.

Maybe it would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but that's just a suggestion.

Location not too far from train station and main attractions. Price is very value for money. Staffs at reception was friendly. The christmas cookies provided at reception area was tasty. We were given Innsbruck Welcome Card, most transport was covered. Recep reacted quickly to our feedback, thumbs up!

The lift is little small, we have 5 adults we can’t fit all of us into the lift. There are rooms that required to go up 3 to 4 steps of staircases after being out from lift. Breakfast is lacking of warm food, at least a toaster will be appreciated. Breakfast has cereals, bread, ham, cheese, juices, coffee/tea, yogurt, various of jams, cold hard boiled egg. Everyday the same breakfast given. Luggage storage needs to follow the reception opening timing, please take note.

The staff made it very easy to check in outside of their limited lobby hours. They contacted me a number of times to make sure I understood how the key box worked outside the hotel and helped me with parking options. There is a very well-priced lot with lots of parking less than a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated downtown, a close walk to a variety of restaurants and tourist interests. My four teenaged daughters and I stayed comfortably in a room with 5 twin beds. Breakfast was simple but enough. Checking out took 30 seconds. A very convenient stay!

We arrived on a German holiday. There is a casino nearby with some "overserved" patrons. I never felt threatened, but they were certainly a noticeable contingent in and around the hotel.

Good location at the fringe of the Old Town. No air-conditioning as with most European hotels so we slept with the window open and suprisingly it wasn't noisy even though it was Friday night. The reception was really friendly (English-speaking) and helped us put a note on our car when our parking expired while we were up the mountain.

The portable fans available were all broken and the room we were in had an external bathroom but the bathroom was on another floor and it seemed like a shared bathroom - there was only one cubicle and one shower so we had to wait. Next time I would book a room with ensuite.

The location is really great: you are right in the city centre. The breakfast was essential but good!

The bathroom is really small and looks a bit like one of those bathrooms on a ship with all the floors and walls made of plastic. The room smelled a bit funny due probably to the carpet. Generally the receptions times of opening are a bit limited. Considering the amount paid i expected something more.. although the place was one of the cheapest so probably there is an issue with the general prices of hotels in innsbruck.

The location is excellent a few yards from the bus stop of the airport bus and 5 minutes walk to the centre and the train station. i had a single room and not a double room which is a rare thing these days. The room overlooked the main street but was quiet with the window closed and little traffic at night anyway. The wifi worked well and I was able to take the key with me during the day.

The breakfast was a little basic, but there was enough choice for me as I do not eat a lot for breakfast.

It was a lovely private single room with a comfortable bed; very nice breakfast included in light and airy breakfast room; staff was friendly and helpful and location of historical hotel is perfect for walking to anyplace you want to go - restaurants, historical sites, walking trails, churches, river, and train station.

My room faced the busy street and intersection, so traffic was very loud. Because there is no air conditioning I needed to have window open, but even with it closed it was noisy. I’m sure another room not facing the street would have been much quieter. Also I was only on the first floor so cigarette smoke and bus fumes from outside wafted in.

Very central location - it's practically a straight line walk down to most scenic view and then a left turn into the old town. Tram service to the cable cars was a 3 minute walk. The 'Welcome card' with a 2 night stay was a nice surprise; gives free public transport for the days of your stay. This should be publicised by the hotel because it's a really nice bonus. Staff were lovely! The room whilst a little tired was spotless. Breakfast was quite nice. Overall a lovely stay well worth the price.

The curtains aren't quite long enough to block out all the light, and street lighting is directly in front of the window, so if you're a fussy sleeper like me it can be hard to settle without a sleep mask. Only other tiny niggle is that the luggage storage can't be accessed between 11 and 3, so if you have a train during those times you're out of luck.
