My room, albeit small as it was a single room, was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated. It is a beautiful place to stay. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a huge choice of cereals, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, croissants and I was offered egg and bacon as well! The ladies, Elizabeth and her staff, were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Every time I walked in I was met with a gorgeous smell of candles and a lovely homely feeling. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I would have liked a kettle in my room but when I mentioned it to Elizabeth she said I could make myself cups of tea in the dining room whenever I liked up to 10pm. So a kettle was not needed.

I stayed here with my family for a week, we had an amazing time! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful, new and you can tell renovations have been done recently. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. The host Simone is super helpful and kind, anything we asked she was immediately there to help. The location is great for skiing, the ski bus stop is outside the hotel but you could also walk to the main gondola station- about 10 minutes. As a bonus, there is a beautiful sauna and steam room area downstairs. Very relaxing and nice after skiing all day. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

The owners and staff were so welcoming and friendly, they were very helpful and genuinely wanted us to have the best time within Mayrhofen. We were greeted with schnapps and breakfast was delightful each day. The location was perfect as it was very close to the train station, right below the beautiful mountain and close to the chairlift for Penken. Facilities including wellness centre were great and the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. We were also given goodbye gifts of chocolate and biscuits! Will be back for sure.
The rooms were slightly too hot and we didn’t know how to turn the heat down but that’s our own fault for not asking. Once we opened windows and door it was fine.

The staff - in particular, Elizabeth - couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. She gave as all a welcome shot of schnapps on arrival and a jar of homemade jam on leaving, which was a lovely touch. They were happy to accommodate our early breakfast request for 7:30 and there was a lovely range of continental breakfast with delicious fresh fruit from the buffet plus the option to order hot bacon and eggs. It's a small family run hotel where clearly a lot of pride is taken in looking after guests. I only used the spa facilities once, but there were clean and in excellent condition. There was a useful room downstairs to store ski's with a drying rack to hang ski boots and wet gloves overnight. Right on the very edge of the town centre, so a very short walk for dinner, bars etc.
If I have to be critical.... I didn't like the pillows as they were a bit thin for me. That said, I'm sure Elizabeth would have given me thicker ones had I asked. Bedroom was a bit warm for sleeping but that was easily fixed by turning off the radiator and opening window. Not much of a view out of our balcony, but wasn't a problem as we were out skiing in the day anyway. Website advertised at 500 yards from Penkenbahn, but its more like 850 yards. Not a major issue but a slightly longer walk than what you'd want when wearing ski boots.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very clean and spacious rooms which were recently redecorated, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Location is perfect, just outside the town center, so it is quiet at night. But all facilities, including ski lift and après ski at walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and loads of choice. Free parking in front of the door. Great Wellness/sauna area to relax after a day on the mountain.
Nothing really, staying here exceeded our expectations.

Elizabeth and her team at the hotel are nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs and bacon on offer every morning along with; breads, pastries, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc. The room was well equipped and clean with a great view. The spa area was nice to relax.
Whilst I like a down feather duvet, the down feather pillow wasn't supportive enough for me so I lacked sleep every night. But that's just my personal issue. Would've liked tea/kettle facility in the room.

Good location—just minutes from the station and the “Downtown” strip. We arrived around 10:30 in the morning hoping to drop our luggage and check in later. But the very friendly host checked is in right away and said room would be easy i. Less than an hour. Then when she learned that we wouldn’t be doing much sightseeing but that it was a rest day for us during our 4-week hike, we were offered a free upgrade to a much bigger room with a better view and tons of space to hangout. This was a nice gesture, but it was mostly the warm and very friendly welcome that made the place stand out for us. Even if the facilities had been less, the hospitality that was shown here was outstanding.

This hotel is a fantastic choice in Mayrhofen. Less expensive than many of the hotels in town, but still full of amenities and a staff that goes the extra mile to help. The location was perfect for us: right in town, an easy walk to the lifts, steps from a ski bus stop, but also quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and had a few extras—like a mini fridge, built-in radio speakers, and lots of outlets—that we really appreciated. The breakfast had plenty of variety. Meats, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, breads and pastries, fresh fruit and even eggs and bacon cooked to order! The wellness area on the lower level includes three sauna types, a steam room and relaxation area. It was the perfect place to end a long day. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Only the smallest quibble: I wish our room had wall hooks so damp clothing did not need to be hung up in the wardrobe with our other dry clothes.

Everything was perfect. The room itself was brand new, super comfortable and clean with an amazing shower and also a balcony (with mountain views) . The breakfast was also amazing with a large variety to choose from and the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. The wellness area (which included 3 different saunas, showers and a cool down room) was the perfect way to end the day after skiing all morning. The location was also perfect; a few minutes walking from the train station, very close to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants, and also close to the main gondola, penkenbahn (there is also a ski bus line that passes next to the hotel taking you to the gondola even faster).

I stayed for one night but extended it to two. I stayed solo but it's also perfect for couples and families. First , the place is very clean and smells wonderful on entry and in the room. The rooms are immaculate. They also had a balcony , modern bathroom with radio installed ,rain shower , digital toilet, refrigerator and safe and lots of storage. The location is perfect walking distance to the main areas of the town. The spa area is very nice and again very clean and relaxed. The breakfast has a varied selection of cold foods and the egg and the bacon tasted amazing. The staff are very attentive. The owner then gave everyone an Easter gift at breakfast and when I left she gave me chocolate and a leaflet for my next destination. The staff were so friendly.I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you 🏴
