Great amenities and personnel. The renovated rooms are very nice although the sliding door between two rooms does not provide much sound isolation. There are two pools, a playroom for kids, toys and boardgames in restaurants to borrow, and in walking distance from the hotel there are tons of stuff to do with children. Personnel was attentive, very nice and helpful.

Despite being very ready for families even with small children, the hotel hosts parties at night with loud music. Also, the hotel next to it plays very loud music that you can hear even with windows closed. Not the hotel’s fault but it seems the location is considered a party location in the center of the village. Also no A/C so in summer the rooms may be quite warm. Food was nice but for summer there was surprisingly not a lot of fruits choice.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, great food, good bar, nearby parking, comfortable and clean rooms. I didn't use the spa but I understand from other guests it was very good, as was the rooftop pool. Good location in the centre of Mayrhofen and a SkiBus stop right outside. Secure ski lockers provided in a very convenient premises next door.

The rooms were rather functional without things like tea/coffee facilities (at least in the building opposite the main hotel). The car park is quite difficult to navigate because of the odd delineation of the parking spaces. And perhaps the bar could stay open a little later...

Very high fee for the dog, 25 Euros per day! It is overrated compared to the extra efforts, the fee could be for the stay and not per day.

The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

My wife and I came to Mayrhofen in the summer to relax, hike, and climb for a couple of days. Hotel Neu Post exceeded our expectations - excellent facilities, an adults-only quiet area for chilling and snoozing, very tasty food & wine, tonnes of local activities, and the half board was of tremendous value, especially since there is an unadvertised afternoon buffet from 2 to 5 pm too. Loved it.

The friendliness of some individual staff members was erratic - sometimes happy and welcoming, other times silent and ignorant.

The hotel was exceptionally good. The hotel was really well staffed and everyone was very professional and polite. The food was high end restaurant standard and was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably extensive. There was an amazing rooftop pool and indoor spa, pool and wellness centre. Towels & dressing gowns were provided. Ski bus stop runs very regularly from just across the road.

Te hotel is located into old buildings with great athmosphere of old Tyrol. Our room was large with big windows, wide balcony and nice view to the mountains. The room facilities include bathroom with bath and shower cabin and separate toilet which is convenient sometimes. Modern skiroom at the property. Complimentary water and apples are everywhere. GREAT breakfast, lunch snack and nice dinner with amazing buffet options are included. The food is very good: delicious, high quality and diverse. Wide range of vegetables, salads, meat, fish, desserts. You don't have to think about food at all. Drinks are not included though. The SPA is really good - indoor and outdoor pools, family and naked saunas, silent room, infrared sauna - everything to restore you after the ski. The majestic mountains view from roof pool - something I will always remember. Very friendly staff. 10% discount at Bundle for guests. Close to the train station. Free parking.

The rooftop pool is just amazing with a nice view. The whole hotel is very clean, spacious, well-equipped, the staff is very friendly. The wellness area is really nice, breakfast and dinner are very rich with many options. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous quality of food and wine selection, great fitness and spa area. Spectacular roof pool. Very conveniant location with ski bus stop right on the opposite street corner. Walking is also possible as distance to Penkenbahn is not too far, even with ski shoes.

Some guests lack of respect and use traditionnal Finish sauna with wet swimming trousers sitting directly on wood, despite clear indications and the presence of a textile sauna in the indoor swimming pool area.

Very modern rooms, great food, we had the half board and it was very tasty. Friendly staff, they were accommodating. The facilities were great, the whole hotel has been recently renovated and looks very modern and nice. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the rooftop pool!

There was a wellness snack somewhere in the afternoon but we couldn't find it.
