The hotel and its location were absolutely delightful; there is truly nothing to complain about. The rooms are immaculate, and the variety of food choices is excellent. The facilities are modern and flawless, making for a wonderful stay. The main advantages: Location: The hotel offers plenty of options for hiking around the area. The nearby town with ski lifts, Mayerhofen, is easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot. The E-bike rental service works perfectly, allowing you to reach nearby tourist attractions without the need for long hikes. -Service: Each day, the hotel provides different activity ideas in a "daily newspaper." For those who prefer guided tours, there are plenty available almost every day. Additionally, yoga lessons and sauna activities make the stay even more enjoyable. -Beds: The beds were a real treat! Unlike the uncomfortable gap in the middle that you find in 90% of hotels, these beds were true double beds, making the stay feel more like being at home. -Entertainment options: The room's TV is preinstalled with apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, allowing guests to watch whatever they like. This feature is not commonly found in hotels and was truly appreciated. Though the overall experience was fantastic, there are a few minor points that could be improved: -Sauna: It would be great to have one sauna designated for guests who prefer to wear swimwear or use towels instead of going naked. This option would make the facility more inclusive and accommodating. -Wine prices: While the wine selection is excellent, the prices are a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, the quality of the wines offered compensates for this minor downside. In summary, our stay at the hotel was outstanding, and any small improvements mentioned here are merely suggestions to enhance an already wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return in the future.

You need to check very well in advance - which room you will get In the Zilleralfa rooms category, there are several sizes and although I received a commitment for a 45 sqm room, we got a room that is about 20% smaller and it indicates the unreliability of the hotel and unfortunately spoils the general good feeling about the hotel.

everything! from the relaxing atmosphere and the hearthwarming friendliness of the staff to the whole quality of service and attention to details. we really appreciated the organic cosmetics in the bathroom and the bags with packed towels and bathrobes ready to be taken to the poolside:) you just switch off the thinking and enjoy your stay, because it’s already done for you. The pool area on the rooftop is exeptional with the infinity pools that face the mountains from both sides. We booked a halfboard and had an amazing breakfast with fresh juices, veggies, fruits, pastries of all types, different scrambled/ sunny eggs made in front of you by a very nice lady chef. there are also 2 juicers where you can make an orange or carrot/apple/ginger/else fresh juice yourself. The gourmet dinner was a whole 6- course ceremony with delicious dishes a la cart to choose from and an additional buffet for an aperitif (don’t miss to try a variety of different cheeses offered there as a post-dessert treatment, we were totally full after the main dinner but still went for the cheese and it was so worth it!). We also had a room facing a mountain river and the sound of running water made us sleep like babies! but it can be a bit too loud for someone, so then just take a room facing another side:)

Everything! The place is amazing and luxurious and quiet. We felt alone all the time. Every detail was thought of and everything is pampering and perfect. The beds are insanely comfortable. The room is perfect and spacious. Everything is clean. The dinner is excellent. The breakfast is perfect. The pools are amazing . Before I arrived they wrote to me to confirm the time of arrival and when I said that I might not make it to dinner, they told me that they would take care of the food for me. The staff is amazing and the attitude is perfect. Available for any question.

It would have been nice if there were coffee/tea makers in the room. It is true that there were tea corners throughout the hotel, but that is the only drawback I can think of.

great design, great view, comfortable modern rooms, great breakfast, great spa and pools

the reception closes at 22:00 and after that you can’t hardly find someone if you need help. we arrived by car at 01:00 am, they left en envelope with the checkin information and the room key-cards with a sticker on the main door for us, which is nice, but there is no clear map of the. holdings and rooms so we had to walk around the buildings for 20 minutes until we found our rooms… there is no real concierge service - they could not call restaurants around and help us book a reservation. no room service after 8 pm.

The most amazing hotels we've been to. The property is at the end of a valley, with great views all throughout the day, the rooftop swimming pool is beyond this world, the rooms were very spacious. The hotel is very very large, and despite the number of guests, it is always quiet & peaceful, and it's not so crowded when you are in the pool or the sauna. You really feel alone ! The food was very nice too, you can get something to eat all throughout the day, and cool stuff. Breakfast offers lots of choices, dinners are refined and the staff is always happy to help you ! We enjoyed every bit of our stay here, it was a great starting point for biking and hiking too.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Breakfast buffet had every choice available. The fresh orange juicer was heavily used by our group. Dinner was of a consistent very high standard. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The comfort was typical of Tyrolean luxury hotels.

The location coupled with the limited hours of the bus / hotel shuttle required frequent use of taxi's if any form of resort après ski was indulged.

The hotel is just excellent. Our room, a suite of sorts, was spacious. The heated outdoor swimming pool is brilliant, located on the roof it offers a great view down the valley with the sun setting behind the mountains. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, it's all there. The evening meals are also wonderful, with a varied menu throughout our trip, the quality of the food just super. Mountain bikes incl the electric type available on demand. There is nothing in walking distance but we liked the seclusion of the hotel, might not be to everyone's taste

The location of the property was spectacular and the modern design and amenities absolutely outstanding in this region. We only stayed one night, but the staff and overall environment made our stay memorable. The dinner and breakfast buffet and menu were of high quality, well designed and thought out. The absolute highlight is the infinity pool on the roof of the hotel!

The time table for pool, sauna and other facilities is not well designed. Both, pool and sauna close at 7:30pm (except Tuesdays). We would consider this hotel again during ski season (because it is absolutely outstanding against any other place in the region) but it is questionable if we would be able to use any of the facilities in such a combination. The 6 course menu doesn’t include basic (non alcoholic) drinks such as water. Also keep in mind to arrive early enough to be able to enjoy the lunch buffet. We didn’t know that there was a „Dreiviertel“ board included with our booking, as booking.com doesn’t give any further information. Maybe ask at the hotel in advance.

1.An amazing property, with extremely high attention to detail and a beautiful setting. 2.The sauna, the outdoor heated pool and the dining area … it’s everything you can wish for out of a ski vacation. 3. Hotel staff was super welcoming and helpful, starting from the front desk (Silvia) the restaurant (Daniel), the Sauna (Not sure about the name) and the Owner who made sure that as guests we felt right at home …
