Demanding accommodation, friendly staff, comfortable bed, cleanliness, 20 minutes' walk from the center

After originally booking for one day, we also booked the next day on booking.com, specifically so that parking would be free. In comparison, the reception asked for the parking fee

The room was a good size and comfortable. All the staff we met, were very friendly and helpful. Handy location for main bus routes. Choice for breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. Prices of coffee/beer reasonable. Nice towels. Public areas very pleasant and toilets very clean and well stocked. Good supply of toilet rolls etc.

The floor of the shower in room 102 was very slippy and also not solid, so even for someone who has good balance, it was very unstable. There was a shall leak at the corner edge of the shower coming out onto the bathroom floor tiles. The taped edge of the toilet door was coming loose. The fridge light came on when you opened the door, but it was not cold at all. We did not know there should be a refreshment tray in our room, but when she found out it was missing, the receptionist bought one to us.

Staff - accommodating, kind, helpful Room - big - clean - downside was airconditioning not functioning for two days. Technician not available during weekends Location - perfect since trams & buses pass by the hotel. No need to go to central station which saves a lot of time Breakfast - though the same everyday, it's still good & has many choices from fruits, meat, bread, cereals Towels - still new I recommend this hotel😉

Shower cubicle - the floor is slippery. Management should consider putting bath mat to avoid any untoward incident There should be standby technician to repair the aircon especially at this time- summer & peak season. Price I got at booking.com is expensive compared to booking directly with the hotel

The location is great for people who want to go to Geisberg Spitze and Kapuzinenberg ie nature-lovers, but not so great for those who want to do a lot of sightseeing around the town as it is a half an hour walk from the center through not very pretty areas. It is 4 stops to Mirabel by 151 and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Another good side is that there is a gas station with Spar Express that works even on Sundays. The rooms in the hotel are spatious and comfortable, beds, beddings, shower, hairdryer are excellent. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful, especially Nina thanks to whom we discovered places that we would otherwise have missed (eg Geisberg, a breathtaking easy-to-reach mountain that can be seen from the hotel and reached by bus 151 which stops right next to the hotel)

I was a bit disappointed by the location at first, until I realized its benefits. Hotel has a parking for the guests which is great, but the price is 20 eur per day - an expense I didn't expect. Everything else was just great.

The location is only a few bus stops from the centre if you catch the Number 4 bus which stops outside the hotel. The number 10 bus which goes to the airport also stops outside. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright and welcoming. The location was quiet. There is a Spar shop across the road and a supermarket around the corner. Also a couple of restaurants. All this was very pleasing.

There were a few minor irritations. There was a kettle in the room, but only one tea bag. When we asked for more we were given a few more but were informed that the hotel only supplies tea and coffee on day of arrival. On subsequent days there is a charge. This seemed rather mean. When we asked for the room to be made up, no cleaning of the bathroom was done. The room has a strange shower and toilet with no solid bathroom door. We didn't mind but some people might be surprised at the lack of privacy. The breakfast was expensive (17 euros) so we gave it a miss.

As our train arrived at lunchtime and we had luggage, our plan was to drop this off and check in later. The pleasant receptionist was able to check us in early which was very helpful. The room itself was fine and quiet, despite having a main road outside. We had no noise issues. There is a bus (number 4) directly across from the hotel which takes you into town on a regular basis. For the money we saved staying slightly outside the old town, this was definitely worth it. With the bus connection (and the fact it's only a 20 minute walk anyway) it was easy to get to and from the hotel.

Room had no shower gel in the dispenser.

Lovely spacious room. Large bed. Cool shower and bathroom design integrated into the room. Staff very friendly and helpful - recommending places to eat, offering to open the well-being sauna. Although not super central an okay location for bus connections to airport, train to out of town, supermarkets nearby, and amazing walks on the giant city hill is on the doorstep.

Online check in was a big fickle - an email offered it out days ahead, but then says you can’t check in until the day but it’ll send the info you filled it. Tried multiple times on the day and though it said info sent but check in unsuccessful, it must have worked as reception said it did. Also maybe emails in English if possible, not a big deal though. Oh and hm could hear someone running around the corridors and room above - so isn’t hugely sound proof but then what can you do if kids are being annoying except call pest control. All not deal breakers, would deffo stay again!

Room was great, staff were nice, location was good.

The room was supposed to have air conditioning. Well it was fitted, but it didn't work properly. Our three nights were very uncomfortable. We spoke the the staff about it and they said that it doesn't get cold like the American ones do and it is about 5 degrees cooler than the temperature outside, and it was quite hot outside!! So basically there is no air conditioning and the fan just blows hot air all night.

Lovely hotel the blonde girl on reception was very welcoming and helpful and very happy. We stayed there 5years ago to the date ask for same room in advance and they accommodated. it close to centre the

On the last stay we had a kettle in the same room. we asked another lady on the desk for a kettle she said no, some rooms do some dont we ask for a coffee she charged us later we asked the gentleman for coffee he said no. The next day the blonde girl asked if all was OK we said yes just haven't got a kettle being British we love tea and coffee she said no problem I will have one sent up in which she did very good

Great service all round. Exactly as it said on the website. Great location Very friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast - quality and selection Room is a great size Cannot fault very much at all. Well worth the stay and would go back to this place if I was to come back. No need to look elsewhere.

Shared a room with a friend. Asked for 2 single beds - it was 2 single beds but with double sheet on so beds were together. Next morning asked for change which they noted but nothing changed. 1 bedside light didn't work. Small issues... nothing major but difference between 10 and 9 rating, almost perfect ;)
