Lovely room for a family of 4, lots of space and a beautiful view over the mountain. The location is good if you like walking, the nearest bus is around 10 mins away and goes every 15 mins and takes 5 mins to reach the town center, or you can take a walk by the river - it takes around 40 mins to reach the center. Our kids were used to walking so they were okay, however at the end of the day they were getting a bit fed up of walking. The breakfast was nice, standard selection - mostly continental with only bacon and scrambled egg as a cooked option. Staff was friendly and helpful and added bonus was a little gym tucked away in the basement.

Location - this is not in the city center. you need a taxi to reach city center which might cost 10 euros each way. It is still worth considering the peaceful location to get sound sleep at night. Breakfast - Do not expect a extravaganza breakfast selection but can feed to full tummy. Veggies may have just couple of options. Room - is really good and clean. Bathroom and toilet separated which gives good use when you are with family. you have a microwave in the suite. Food - Food wise, there is no restaurant in the hotel or in the near vicinity. You have to order online or take a ride to the city center (HBF) which has options to eat. No super market nearby. Hence suggest to get water and other amenities just after setting in the room. Staff - really helpful and they have explained very well on how to spend our short trip and what to see within short time. City - Please note that most of the shops including super markets close by 7pm. Hence you might have to spend hefty amounts to buy water etc from the restaurant. I would recommend to get grocers before 7pm. you will also have few options in terms of Food and drinks after 7pm. Its a beautiful city to explore and enjoy You might need at least 5 days to explore the city (2 days) and near by attractions (3 days). I would recommend Salzburg over Vienna to visit. Must visit places with family (all attractions close by 6 pm): 1) Old city 2) Mozart Birth place 3) Mozart Living house 4) Stroll across the River 5) Fortress Hohensalzburg (need full day) 6) Dom Church and other churches around the old city Near by attractions (full day for each attraction): 7) Salt mine 8) Hallstatt town 9) other mountain/ski attractions

all was good related to the hotel except breakfast options for non-red meat eaters.

Very nice view from the room balcony on the river and city with mountains behind. The location is perfect for walking around the riverside to the city center. The room is cosy and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. Very tasty breakfast. Electric car charging station. You can use this hotel for longer stays or family stays for sure.

The following is not an issue, just some limitation. I mean the limited reception working hours. If you arrive later in the evening you have to agree before about how to get keys. However the staff is very supportive there. Parking is not really fully private, cars parked in front of the hotel. But here can park only visitors, so not a big problem.

The room was big, comfortable, clean, the furnitures were new and modern. The beds were comfortable. We had a parking place for free. Behind the hotel is a nice area to go for a walk. Breakfast food was fresh and had a good quality.

The hotel ist a little far from the bus station. The reception and restaurant is in the Kolpinghaus, what was not in the description and the restaurant looks like a school Cantina, the personal in the restaurant were very stressed and sometimes not that friendly. Not many choices of restaurants close to the hotel and no lunch or dinner on weekends. No close supermarket either.

We had a room with a balcony, which was very nice. It had a great view to the river. The room was comfortable as well, it even had a mini kitchen with microwave. The thing I liked very much is that this hotel had a special place were you could have drinking water, so we didn't have to buy through the whole trip.

The room didn't have air conditioning and there wasn't enough hot water, you could only have a quick shower and then it became moderately cold. Also, the breakfast menu were the same all week (scrambled eggs and bacon for the hot dish).

Good amount of space for a family of four. Very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The kitchen/fridge space was handy. It’s an easy walk to the centre down a riverside path. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for kids and adults. We had a balcony and a good view. Staff were nice and friendly.

The room had a kettle but no tea/coffee/milk supplied which is a bit annoying as there are no nearby shops that are open in the evening. There are also no nearby coffee shops/bars so if you want a hot drink it’s a vending machine downstairs that only takes cash.

This hotel is designed for those who want to save money, so those who are looking for a high-class accommodation will definitely not go here. The hotel itself is neat, has a huge free parking lot. We had a spacious room with a kitchenette. And the biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. It is located on the river bank, where you can reach the old town and all the most important objects in just 30 minutes by walking along the promenade.

Breakfast is really bad. If the hotel made at least a few improvements, the situation with the quality of breakfast would change significantly

The hotel is clean and situated in a quiet area. It’s near the river and can be an excellent option for walking to the city center on sunny days.

The first bus station is at 8 - 10 minutes away. The breakfast doesn't have so many options and the kitchen is not a kitchen, only a microwave and a sink.

We were amazed by the location of the hotel. It is just next to the river and we got the river view, where we could see a beautiful river with far away mountains. The name of the hotel is ECO, but it is amazingly fulfilled our expectations. Room was very well enough for 2 people with big balcony. The room was superb clean. The breakfast was minimal but very tasty and much sufficient. It was with big restaurant hall.

As we stayed one night, we could not find any flaws. We would like to visit again and stay more days.

A very well placed hotel .... On the Bus 6 route from Hbf (just 2 stops). The rooms are spacious. We were a family of 4 with kids 10 and 14yrs and the room didn't feel small at all. Very clean and tidy. The hotel staff was all well spoken and extremely helpful. We arrived early in the morning and the staff helped us to keep our bags in locker room as we had to go other places and wanted to travel without heavy bags. Upon return in the evening, the beds were all made up! Smooth check in. Brfast spread is also very good.

The only thing is that the nearest bus stop is 800 Mtr walk.... Not a long walk though, but it was raining and with kids, it's sometime tiring :(
