Absolutely stunning apartment! Location was very close to public transportation to get into town. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was able to cook a full meal without a problem. Beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, and the best part was the free laundry room and kids play area in the basement. They had two washers and dryers and laundry soap to use. The play area had a large tv and couch, a huge table for coloring, and a lot of toys and board games. This was the PERFECT place for a family with children. We were beyond happy staying here! Highly recommend!

That is near the bus stop and it has free laundry services. Also, it’s like a big house because we use the laundry room together like a big family

It’s only has a one bathroom, the AC is kinda hot and it doesn’t has many restaurants or near supermarkets

Absolutely clean, pretty, cosy and comfortable, with free parking.

Checkout time is quite early, 10am and checking in quite late, 15.00. We needed to have some extra time because we were preparing for a long trip. We called the owner to ask about this but said it was impossible as at 10am 3 groups were leaving and 3 cleaning crews were coming at the same time (!) to clean the apartments to have them ready for 15:00, 5 hours later (!). Of course, at 10am there were no cleaning crews. There was only one cleaning lady - the kind, hard working lady who deserves all the credit for having this building so clean and tidy. She does need time for this, thats why checking out might be early, but with some coordination, all could be arranged as she does not clean all rooms at the same time. in

Everything was perfect! Before mentioning the facilities and the amenities, I would like to mention the really polite and helpful host, Claudia. We arrived by mistake a day earlier, and she immediately helped us find a solution by providing us another apartment to stay in. I am really grateful to her for how she managed the situation. The facilities had everything one could want. Apart from the obvious (beds, bathroom, sofa, wifi), the apartment had free laundry machines, driers, gym, parking for the car, and even free bikes for all the family, to tour the city. The location is just a few minutes away from the old town on a bike, next to a beautiful park, just by the river, and very close to a supermarket. I highly recommend the place.

Excellent apartment, great stay, nice, comfortable, great for 4 people. All well organised. I highly recommend it to everyone! Clean apartment, convenient, very well thought through.

- Bathroom - I know how difficult to keep it clean nonetheless in the shower some mould started to grow - from some minor issue in the shower (might have been fixed already) - Distance from city center: bit far out and the public transport sometimes was not clear when it should come - not the fault of the apartment, more issue with the transport system than anything else. Nonetheless I would book it again.

Firstly, I really liked how smooth was the checkin process, the staff was really engaging and very quick to response. The apartment was beautifully decorated with modern style. Most of amenities were available. And kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary! I loved the bikes available for all guests, parking was plenty as well.

Air conditioning is not available in all apartments, it is only offered in bigger apartments, we were only 3 people so it didn’t make since to book the apartment for 6 people. The weather was really hot at the time of my visit which made it unbearable specially during sleeping time! So make sure to check your visit time if the weather is bit cold so you won’t have any issues.

Newly Built Apartment with all modern furniture which one needs Neat & Clean !! Kitchen equipped with all utensils & modern equipment's In basement - washmachines , dryer , iron , extra washrooms , A big hall with kids playing area & many games / puzzles , Big Sofa / Tv to lay down & spend some time + Gym area with machines A bit far from OLD city but Bicycles available (free to use) to roam around Bus station at 50m walking distance Train station at 30 min walking distance Grocery store (BILLA) at 5 min walking distance.

would be good to have some kids bicycles OR City transport passes included in price !!

Very clean & well equipped apartment. I booked single room apartment for a family of five (two adults & three child) and really was good coz the got double sofa bed at setting room which was prepared in advance with lining & pillows (many thanks). We enjoy taking dinner at the terrace. Free parking. Got basement equipped with washing machine, iron, library, little gym & kids play area. Overall very comfortable & good location. They also provide bikes for free to explore nearby.

No AC, just a fan type portable Air conditioner which was ok given it is cold & was not a problem for us at all & cold get fresh cold air when open the window.

The place is very cozy and clean. Transportation to the old town is convenient, too. I wish I could have learnt it earlier. It will be helpful to prove the bus lines in the introduction of the property. Somehow I did not know it till I saw the P+R sign when I returned to the place.

Cute little apartment. Very close to a bus stop and located in a picturesque, quiet location. They were also very kind when we accidently set off the fire alarm in the apartment because we didn't know how to operate the exhaust in the kitchen. Overall a very neat , sweet little space! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The bed linen had stray hair on it which is a total no - no for me but I ve seen this at all the places I stayed in Austria. Probably a laundry issue.There s also a damp smell in the bathrooms after you use it but there was probably something I needed to do to avoid that (I dont know what though). However I wanted to give this apartment a good review because it really is a lovely place to stay!
