The location is near the train station, a little further from the city center, but you can get anywhere quickly with public transport. Large living room, with table for 6 people, bedroom with huge bed and a small office. 2 TVs. Plugs everywhere. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower cabin, 2 sinks and underfloor heating. As equipment, we had a coffee maker with capsules and capsules, a tea kettle and tea bags, cups and saucers, mini fridge. Heated swimming pool, gym. Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Everything was perfect for us, we'll be back. Thank you Wyndham!

Everything was perfect.

The location is few meters away from the railway station. Some restaurants are around, Macdonald, Burger King, there is a restaurant nearby that serves falafel and shawarma as well. The rooms are comfortable with daily cleaning. The staff are helpful and friendly.There is a parking connecting to the hotel costs 16 euros per day. The breakfast is varied and rich.

In my business room in the sixth floor the bathroom is close to the bed. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. But in front of the hotel there is a bus stop you get to the center within five minutes.

Very near to the train station, about 6 mins walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quadruple room available for family. Room is big. Toilet comes with a bathtub. Very friendly staff, especially Mr Rajat whom we met at the bar. He was humorous, fun and extremely entertaining. He went an extra mile to concoct a drink that was not on the menu.

Found one bath towel that was not clean (with some dust and a few strand of hair stuck on the towel) but the other 3 were perfectly white.

Excellent location if travelling to Salzburg by train. Only a few minutes walk from the train statin to this hotel. Room was extremely spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay for the three of us. Air conditioner worked quite well in the room, compared to other hotels we had stayed at during our summer vacation across Europe. Enjoyed having the hotel restaurant and lounge at the property. Made it an easy option to return back to the hotel after a long day of touring and have supper there. Food was also quite enjoyable. The hotel staff that we encountered during this stay were all pleasant and helpful.

The area immediately surrounding the hotel was a bit sad. However, this hotel was an easy 15-20 minute walk to more touristy parts of the city, where one can find a greater selection of restaurants, shops, attractions, views, and things to do.

Very well located just a few minutes away from the train and bus station so easy to get around. Supermarkets and Starbucks/McDonalds very close by if you need to grab something quick on the go. Received a free room upgrade which was a welcome surprise. Able to leave luggage after you check out which is very handy. Staff very friendly and approachable with anything you need.

Nothing much. Air con could have been better. The sun was coming through the window all afternoon so things were quite warm by the evening and the aircon didn't seem to help much at all. Especially when compared with the previous hotel we had stayed in.

Being a 4 star hotel it is appropriately and grandly decorated and has the facilities to prove it. Friendly staff.

The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk from the central train station however there is a demolition sight right next to it. We were their on a heat wave day and the air conditioning in the room was very mild and did not work well and as it was a Sunday there was no staff to check it out. And even though we requested for extra pillows we were not given any. We also found some other person’s undergarment lying behind a curtain.

it is a big and mordern hotel which is quite rare in europe especially in such a old city like Salzburg. We lived in business suite which is spacious and comfortable. All the facilities are.quite new and good quality. We have a 75''TV in the living room and LAUFAN bathroom products hansgrohe faucets. Also the breakfast meets the 4 stars standard. Very close to the central station and tram station which.could take you to the old city or any day trips.

it could be nicer to offer the free bottle of water in the room for everyday not only on check in date.

We booked this hotel because they have a swimming pool. Happy kids happy stay :) Room was nice, clean. We arrived by car so it was important that there is a parking availabele. Location is good. Since Salzburg is small it's easy to walk to the city centre and do the sightseeing on the way. Or you can take the bus since there are many. Breakfast is good, a well- stocked buffet.

The price for breakfast is high. Especialy when you have to pay the same for kids! That was a minus. There is no room service. If you don't want to eat outside, the food options in their bar are limited and very expensive. And after a long day in Salzburg there was no way the kids wanted to go out again. But the food was nice.

Everything about the Wyndham was amazing. There was 3 of us staying in one room and the space was really good. We opted out of breakfast allowing us to explore early. All staff and the service were exceptional, we would like to name 2 members of staff who we felt made our stay extra special, Anna Piernger on reception who gave us excellent information on travel and places to visit, Anna was always cheerful and made sure our stay was the best it could have been. Navin who tended the bar was amazing, went the extra mile when asked for a pot of tea he made sure he found a pot!! He was so friendly and had a great sense of humour and made our evening with his cheerful, cheeky banter.

There wasn't anything that we really didn't like. The only criticism was that we requested 3 single beds but instead had 1 double and 1 single, but this did not spoil our stay at all.

Friendly & supportive staff. They accommodate you from printing your itinerary to any issue in your room. Very close to train station about 5min walk, fast food, restaurant & cell phone store. Breakfast is pretty good with a lot of choices from pastry to sausages, fruits & juices & espressos.

The toilet door which is separate from the shower room is a little bit too hard to open. On the espresso machine perhaps a little instructions how to use it & how many times to use to avoid overflow in the catch, though one will learn the 1st time.
