Very nice and cozy hotel with the beautiful garden, excellent parking and very welcoming staff. Rooms are big, clean, breakfast very good.

Nicely appointed with a pretty garden and a very clean and near room. Free coffee pods were appreciated and bathroom was a reasonable size. Airconditioner worked well. Location was perfect and very close to the central train station. Easy access to places of interest.

There was no problem with the property, but it appears that construction work in Salzburg can start at 6:30 am, which was not terribly appreciated.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel is very well located.

The mattress was good, just not firm enough for people with back problems.

The quiet location. Good rooms though i would have liked a fridge and proper cupboard for clothes, and better lighting in the bathroom. Friendly staff especially in the restaurant and bar. Good food. Very nice garden.

Nice location - less than 10 minutes from train station. Very friendly stuff. Spacious room with beautiful park view. Easy access everywhere with a stroller. Good internet for work and calls. Lovely park right outside the hotel for children to play in the snow, nice restaurant on first floor. Punch in cute christmas mugs in the hallway.

Centralised ventilation in the bathroom. You can’t switch it on/off. Small shower cabin in the bathroom.

Breakfast, quality of towels and bedsheets, distance from city center Prices are high in Salzburg and this hotel was in lower range compared to others. However I find it expensive in absolute terms given the hotel standard

Great room, fabulous breakfast, close to the centre of town. Marick was our first point of contact and he was very helpful, welcoming and charming. The breakfast staff were lovely and we requested extra pillows and assistance with the safe. All the staff we interacted with were very accomodating.

Access to streaming services would be another bonus point.

The location itself is nice but the way to and from the train station is obviously not the nicest. Breakfast rates are rather high (but comparable to other accomodations in Salzburg).

Good location - very close to central railway station (where 6:00/ 23:00 Spar is located); very convinient to return from city center. The room was veeery tidy and clean. Thank you, Parkhotel Brunauer! Quiet neighborhood - I had the room with garden view.

No mosquito net. I wanted to let in a bit of fresh air, but I let in several beetles together with the air. No teakettle. The room would be perfect with a small teakettle.
