JUFA Hotel Wien

Excellent location, close to U3 underground line which leads to city centre. Plenty of parking space around the hotel and parking is free on weekends. Very clean and quiet, friendly staff.

tv programs only in german, but since we didn't came to watch tv, it didn't matter

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was OK, there are many options for the food, you have the possibility to take lunch or dinner in the restaurant as well. It is rather far from the main attractions in Wien, but the metro station Enkplatz is very close and you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, there are also lots of trams nearby. There is a supermarket Billa Plus close to the hotel. There are some small playgrounds next to the hotel where children can play, and a park 5-10 minutes walk distance from the hotel with a bigger playground. Our child was sick during one evening and they were very nice and called the doctor for us. The doctor came after 3 hours, but still, it was better than going to the hospital.

The hotel room is the biggest that I have seen in last 10 years. The hotel had a very great bar and lobby. The lobby has a playroom for the kids which is very cool. The location is great, close to underground transport and has a lot of restaurants and bars, supermarkets, pharmacys etc

The hotel can be cleaner. I am not saying it is dirty, but should be cleaner. Also, the check in time is 3 pm and you should not go earlier than that because their policy is clear, even if you are with small kids( i think they should be a little flexible) . Anyway they state when you do the reservation that check in time is 3 pm. Also they have breakfast which is very good but a little pricey(15 Euro per person) I think that they should do an offer for they customers something like 15 Euro per room maybe.

The rooms were very ok. The hotel is a tad old and the age is visible in rooms, on the hallway or on the furniture in the rooms, but overall it is well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, with a large buffet and a lot of options to chose from. We stayed there with our family to visit Vienna. The hotel is quite far from the city center and most touristic objectives, but the public transport was close and easily accessible.

There were issues with the air conditioning in our rooms, difficult to control, it seemed it was working but not quite so. We had 2 rooms, in one room it was too cold during the night in the other room it was too hot. Not sure if the air conditioning was not working properly or maybe we didn't know how to use the thermostat.

Best stay of my trip so far! It felt.like we were getting so much hotel for what we paid for. The room was lovely and large with nice bathroom. There was lots of space to spread out, and everything was super up-to-date. The city transportation is very close by and easy to navigate. I really felt fortunate that we got this place to stay. Also, hotel staffed helped to book my 4:00 am taxi! Thanks for the great stay!

It happened to be super warm weather in Vienna, and the AC couldn't quite keep up with the outside, but I think that would be unusual, and not a problem generally.

I used to love this hotel back in the days when the world was normal. The insanity that took hold of Europe in 2020 has sadly kept me away from Austria - and particularly Vienna - for the next couple of years. I was so looking forward to the day I could stay in this hotel again. Boy, was it good to be back! I don't know what else I could say besides what I already said in my older reviews. It's still the same great place that it was before the pandemic - which is exactly what I was hoping to find. Oh, and I was very happy to notice that the automatic doors in the underground garage were working again. I remember mentioning in my previous reviews how I missed this feature. I'm glad it's back.

It would be nice if the maximum vehicle height were displayed somewhere at the entrance to the underground garage. The van I was driving this time was a bit to the tall side. Not knowing whether it would fit or not made my first entry into the garage a bit of a buttock-clenching experience. Luckily it did fit.

Breakfast was really good, high quality standard over whole building and rooms, nice facilities, great localization in a modern family area close to metro than can bring you wherever. We had a really good stay here!

Some places in our room were full of dust: radiator, shelf above the single bed. Also mugs were dirty inside, we had to clean it by our own, probably the dishwasher didn't manage it. However these few imperfections were nothing to compare with the rest, which was overall really good :). I wish also the water bottles in room were free in such price of stay.

Wow, this was a wonderful stay! I almost feel bad for only staying one night since it was a stopover for another flight. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the receptionist had everything ready for us, and even offered us a little complimentary snack. After checkout, they took care of our bags, and later called us a cab with a fixed price, which was lower than through ride sharing apps. Maybe what I am trying to say, is that the staff was amazing, and all the rest was wonderful too! Big room for 3 adults and they gave us a baby cot free of charge, location was very nice, near a metro station with a beautiful walkway there. Everything nice and clean. Thank you very much JUFA hotel Wien, we won't hesitate to stay again!

I stayed there for 2 days. Came for the marathon, run it, went back home. What I liked is mainly related to the room: - big room - included tee in the room - ironing - comfortable bed - good breakfast - tap water in Vienna is good to drink What I disliked is mainly about the breakfast, that I paid extra for - 15 EUR: - coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down. There was only one and a waiting queue was always present - forks when serving olives.. Weird but true - insufficient staff for breakfast. They did not have the time to clean after the guests, bring food and repair the coffee machine - no water bottles included (came as an extra 1.9 EUR) Staff generally lack a smile, as a local specific. Coffee was good at the local coffee shop.
