Really comfortable room, delicious breakfast, good beers.

Parking :( I paid for the parking for 2 night - but the second day it was completely impossible to use the parking lot .... It was full of cars, "on the top of each other". I had no idea how to move out without breaking each other... I had to left the parking lot and I had to leave my car on a street nearby. This is not a big problem, but this fact (you cannot count on the parking in place) should be mentioned at checking.

A warm and polite welcome by the receptionist set the tone for our brief but pleasant stay here. The room (ungraded for free) was spotless and modern, with an excellent bathroom and very comfortable beds, including a good cot set-up ahead of time for our infant. Although we didn't try the restaurant located downstairs, it looked like it served well-priced, hearty food, and was evidently quite popular in the evenings. The location was very accessible, being only a single stop on the local train (and then a 4 minute walk) from Vienna's main train station. All in all, thoroughly recommended, and notably good value.

Perfect location. U-bahn is just a short walking distance from which you can reach the City Center in 12 minutes, even though there are 10 stations. Facilities in the room are quite enough for relaxation after a hard working day. Breakfast is that reach but everybody can find an appropriate food satisfying his/her requirements. I will stay here again!

Even though the room had a small kitchen, it was not equipped. There were no knives, spoons, plates, teapot, etc.

it is a smaller property but the owner is trying to do it right. The rooms have all been remodeled like a very modern hotel with everything fully functional. In its previous life, I imagine it was similar to a model 6 in the USA in terms of layout. Breakfast was excellent. if we were sightseeing in Vienna, this would be a perfect option being only 2 blocks from Simmering u Bahn / OBB station on the curved street.

it would have been nice if there were a shelf in the shower but this is being nit picky about a property that has gotten a super face lift done right.

The room was very good and all quiet with a good nights sleep. The staff were excellent, approachable and very helpful. The location was very good close to the train station and bus stop. I will it to my recommend friends.

Nothing. Every thing was good. I have no negative comments. I only have good memories. And I will recommend anybody to try this hotel. It was value for money

We liked the location and that this hotel was in 100 m from metro Simmering! Also hotel is pet (cat) friendly so thank you for that! Lidl and Billa in 400m from the hotel, and parking lot is covered, that is great too, the coffee also great.

I wish the room was cleaner, under the bed wasn't clean, was full of dust, also breakfast could be more diverse and not so small portions.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location, very well connected by metro to the main turistic places in Vienna. The breakfast is good and the price is fair. It is also close to a supermarket and the hotel room has a small kitchen.

Booked this hotel on the way back to Vienna to sleep for a couple of hours before flying back. For the price we paid, the hotel looked well maintained; the room was spotless, with a small kitchenette and microwave. The breakfast was good in their restaurant downstairs. i will go back if i'm looking to stay in the same area

The locaties is perfect for visiting Vienna, parking on the street at the hotel is not possible and the hotel parkinglot is quickly full. Breakfast is sufficient . Dining is not to be considered but for a quick bite ok and there is a good chinese restaurant :sun at walking distance .Rooms are perfect, aircondioned and clean with good beds. The direct neighbourhood of the hotel is a little shady but safe.

Parking and dinner is somewhat overrated.
