Very Good Location , close to all major attractions within the Old City. Though its one of those big hotel, but they have many have made efforts to provide amenities for guest comfort like Fan, extra woolen blanket, hairdryer, small mini bar(drinks n snacks), decent breakfast.

They still check your COVID certificate (which would have expired for most , unless you have taken those booster or 3rd/4th doses

The breakfast room itself was clean and comfortable. The waiter was friendly and continuously cleared sterilised and reset tables. There was a selection of newspapers and magazines as well as tourist literature. Breakfast was continental style and plentiful, with lots of hot coffee on demand. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and all the lights were working, with no bulbs out. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Toiletries were provided. However, the main asset this hotel has is its staff. I was warmly welcomed at reception.Everyone was happy to greet clients and chatted briefly. The cleaners were happy and smiling.

The hotel entrance is inside the door of an old block of flats and looked a little worn, especially round the lift area. I did wonder if I had made a mistake booking here. Of course, I was wrong but a coat of paint and a vase of fresh flowers would make all the difference.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel due to several reasons. First, it has excellent location, Museum of Nature and Fine arts located in just 5-10 minutes walk. Second, breakfast is good: boiled eggs, tosts, bakery, cereals, fruits, vegetables, jams, cheese, ham, but the most amazing thing is coffee. One of the best i ever tried. Third, the stuff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help you. Fourth, the room is clean, the shower is inside without closed door, but it's not a problem if you're traveling as a couple. Highly recommend!

There is only one plug near bed and it was inconvenient to charge two devices at night.

Helpful staff, great service, clean accommodations, great value!

Pillow was hard, laundry was not available on site (it's just down the road, 15-20 min walk, but I had to find it myself), wifi resets at 3 in the morning (which can wake you, so turn off or mute your phone). Guests are not friendly, and the shared bathroom/toilet can be a challenge -- can't tell if it's occupied or not at first glance, so people will try to open the door while you're in there (fortunately there is a lock). No help with luggage when you're arriving or leaving.

Very well situated for the east side of the city, however within walking distance of the Musik Verein towards the west side, Spanish RIding School and museums and many of the city sites. Underground station also within walking distance for the rest of the city. Hotel was quiet, very clean, warm and lovely fresh continental style breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and use again. Our bathroom had shower, basin and toilet, all very clean and fresh

Accommodation was clean, probably on the basic side, but not an issue for us as we don't like hundreds of cushions on the bed that you have to put on the floor!! A mirror in the bedroom would have been handy and a little attention to the shower head bracket would help, but that's being pedantic as the shower was good with hot water.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always striving to provide the best possible experience for their guests. They were knowledgeable about the local area and happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a convenient and central area. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The entire property was always tidy and clean, with no signs of wear or tear. You could tell that the staff took great pride in keeping things in pristine condition. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. From the exceptional staff to the unbeatable location, everything about our stay was absolutely top-notch.

Location is really good. 5min walk to Museum Quartier and Rathaus. It is quiet and beds were really comfortable. You can park on the street free on the weekends, but on the workdays it is max 2 hours so find a garage (there is one nearby). The breakfast was good. Eggs, ham, cheese, sweet jams etc... But all in all really good. Staff is really friendly and welcoming.

Downside is that you do not have your own toilet, but it is clear when you book that you don't have a private toilet (our room was fitted with a shower, I don't know about other rooms). And I missed the TV. Learning the German language would have been easier for me if I had a TV in room.

Breakfast offered a good variety of local breads, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sweet pastries, jams, honey, spreads cheesy and meaty as well as fresh fruits and veggies, yoghurt and cereals. All fresh and crunchy. Unlimited coffee and tea as well as two types of juices available. The Service staff is friendly and attentive. The location is central, but not right in the centre of Vienna. Stephans Platz can be reached on foot in 15-20 min, whilst Underground Volkstheater with connections to the main sights of Vienna is only a 10 min walk from the Hotel. The room was cosy and was offered with a shared bathroom with soap and shower gel available plentiful. All clean with warm water available at any time of the day. The staff is helpful and give great advice on the surrounding with restaurants and supermarkets. F.Y.I there is a Hofer, equivalent to Aldi round the corner from the Hotel.

There was nothing that one could not like

The property was excellent value for money. The location was fantastic. Tram stop very close by & a 7 minute walk to the tube and buses. We went to the Christmas markets & several were within walking distance. Our room was small & was quite basic,but this was reflected in the price & suited us as we were out sightseeing a lot. I asked about hot water to make a drink & the staff supplied me with a kettle, which was very nice. There was a hairdryer & safe in the room. We found the beds very comfortable & the facilities were very clean. The staff were amazing & kind,helpful. The staff really went above & beyond to help. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was great for setting you up for the day ahead. The lady serving the breakfast was really wonderful., as was the day & night receptionists who helped us out with places to visit & directions on many occasions. We loved this hotel & we would highly recommend it.

There really was not anything to dislike

We had an excellent stay. Impeccable cleanliness, great shower, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. The service of the Staff also deserves to be praised. On our next trip to Vienna we will stay at Wild again.
