We had an amazing stay to this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment I arrived.The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's central location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of the city, with easy access to main attractions, shopping, restaurants . Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The parking is not available or included. The good part is that a private garage with good prices is nearby the hotel.

The location is near to all tourist spots. The gentleman in the reception is very informative and accommodating. He explains to us everything we should know about their facility. All serving ladies during breakfast are all very attentive to the guests' needs and requests. Very clean room, thanks to the housekeeping staff. We stayed in room number 209 during our stay. It exceeded our expectations. We really had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Modern hotel. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Very good choice of food for breakfast. Mostly continental, but there was the option of ordering eggs, cooked to preference eg omelette, scrambled, fried etc. This was good for us as we prefer a cooked breakfast. Pancakes also were available to order. The location of the hotel is good. It was a short walk from an underground station, museums area and about a 20 min walk to the city central plaza where some main tourist attractions lie ie St. Stephen's Church, Mozart's House, Hofburg palace. There is also a supermarket just a short walk away from the hotel. Very useful if you need a few essentials. We booked a taxi to and from the airport via booking.com also. This was a super service, right on time, Mercedes luxury cars, very comfortable, great drivers, very pleasant and helpful.

We had booked a deluxe twin room. There were 2 beds, joined together with one sheet covering both mattresses and 2 duvets. I expected a twin room to be 2 separate beds with space between them. It wasn't a major issue for us (sisters travelling together), so I didn't complain . I'm sure if I did, it may have been rectified. Also the room facilities had been described as including slippers and bathrobes. There were no bathrobes in the room.

Great location and really friendly staff. Beautiful spacious room with high ceilings. comfortable bed and god sized TV. The sauna and Gym are great and almost always empty.

There is no spa despite what is advertised and it's quite hard to get a drink in the bar in the evening.

The hotel is 5min walk from the parliament, which was very comfortable for a limited time trip in vienna. The room was small but just as expected. We loved the tall ceiling and the elegance of our room. It was perfectly clean and the restroom/shower were comfortable to use. Big TV screen, full length mirror in the room. Good breakfast.

• When entering the hotel, you encounter 15≈ stairs, with no elevator, and a sign to leave your luggage there, so one of the workers will carry it for you. It felt a bit unnatural and uncomfortable. • There was much noise during the day and evening, with deep vibrating bass from outside, because of road maintenance just near the hotel. • Our room was on the ground floor and the windows went to the hotels' area, and we weren't comfortable to open the curtains because people would look inside. •Actually doesn't look so good from outside, and doesn't match the elegance inside.

Absolutely amazing hotel, perfect location near the underground and at a walking distance from the centre. The staff super nice and friendly. Rooms were spotless and breakfast just perfect with great choice. Loved our stay there and will definitelly come back!

Excellent location for main Christmas Market

Just one complaint, we had tea in room, cups left on worktop. Cleaner while cleaned tihe reat of room did not touch or clean dirty cups.

Not sure about housekeeping, empty shampoo bottle set atop of dispenser for 3 days without being changed. We didn’t need to use as we brought our own.

Very welcoming. Lovely spacious, clean rooms. It was quiet, the beds were comfy and air conditioning was good so we slept well. Breakfast was lovely, and any hot food cooked to order arrived really promptly. All staff were very helpful. Within walking distance to lots of visitor attractions. Public transport approx 7 mins walk away, to get to attractions further away.

The first morning at breakfast we enjoyed some delicious assorted pastries, but we stayed three more days and there were no pastries, which was disappointing. But this is just a small thing. There is very little to dislike about this hotel.

Just returned from a 5 night visit to Vienna and chose this hotel for a number of factors, including price, proximity to the city centre and from reviews on Tripadvisor. Enjoyed and excellent stay, with the room being of a good quality and the hotel in general being very clean and tidy. Excellent buffet breakfast covering an awful lot of options included in our package was excellent and set you up for a days sightseeing and christmas shopping. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough to make sure your stay was enjoyable, including a airport transfer for us on our final day. Thoroughly recommended

In all honesty, I felt the hotel was excellent and cant really list any negatives during our visit
