Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location. Tasty food at breakfast.

Parking was not included in the booking price and we were not even aware that the parking had to be booked extra and payed in addition (24 EUR per day). This we never experienced before in other hotels.

The hotel is in a great location, it is near the Naschmarkt where there are lots of places to eat and drink, it is close to the metro and it is also very near the Museum Quarter. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. The room decor was really interesting and made this a memorable place to stay.

Our room was by the lift so we could hear people on the corridor at night. Whilst the check in process was smooth (and I was offered a coffee as there was a short delay to our room being ready, which I appreciated), we weren't given information about the facilities available to us at the hotel which seemed a bit of a shame.

The location of the hotel is in easy walking distance of many site seeing musts and just a few steps away from the the food market . We had a nice room on the the third floor which was serviced every day. Highlight of the day was the breakfast every thing from a buffet style breakfast that you could want. my favourite freshly cooked scrambled egg and bacon.

Quiet hotel near the market and close to metro station. Very nice and welcoming staff. Room was very quiet, clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast and many near by restaurants. Highly recommended

Only coffee making possibility was with filter device, which I didn’t really know how to handle. I could use some regular coffee or espresso machine, but the tea was excellent

Room may look alittle quirky on photos but they do look pretty good in person. The hotel is clean, toilet is bright and spacious.

The bathroom is very spacious, but the shower area is alittle small and it doesn't really have a door to stop water from splashing out so it's alittle scary when it gets close to the radiator area.

Free Concert with drink and sweets as well as sparkling wine. Big bathtub where I can enjoy watching the moon. Very kind staff who helped me (printing out a ticket for opera and other business documents.) with joy. Breakfast was excellent.

I wanted to play a piano, but I could not get permission. It seems that only exceptional pianists can play the piano....For work, there is no desk available in my room and needed to work on the bed. (it is fine, though..)

Amazing little hotel in the heart of Vienna, location is epic. Rooms are modern, cosy and decorated in a very cool eclectic style (bathroom is exceptionally nice with a large bathtub) Every floor has different themes for their room setting, our was strong women of the previous century, which I found to be an interesting little touch to the whole vibe of the place, together with the classical music records, which were constantly being played around the hotel. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly, extremely helpful, ready to answer any questions that we had. The owner of the hotel owns a huge dog, which is an embodiment of sweetness and friendliness. Our daughter particularly enjoyed bumping into him here and there throughout our stay. Breakfast served in the hotel deserves another separate review but just to keep it short: the best hotel served breakfast we ever had. I should say it is quite unusual to find champagne served next to the juice (freshly squeezed btw). We had to leave later than the check out time, and although late check out is not offered, we were welcomed to stay in a lounge room, which is very quiet and comfortable, so we had no issues. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay immensely and if we are ever in Vienna again, we would not choose any other hotel.

Bit of a walk from city centre and St Stephens cathedral although easy walk to Museum Quarter. Much more expensive than similar hotels we used in Budapest and Prague - but we did book last minute and there was not much choice.

The room was large, clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also very nice, the shower was really amazing. The breakfast is nice as well l, with a lot of different options. Finally, the location of the hotel is just perfect. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. When the weather forecast predicted rain, there was a bin with umbrellas ready in the morning for guests to use.

The bed was a bit on the soft side for my taste.

Location is great - the U-bahn is minutes away. Museum quarter on your doorstep, can easily walk to the city centre and Stadtpark. Breakfast has a good selection of everything and is enough to fill you up for the day. Do not expect a full English breakfast, but you can get eggs and ham, avocado on toast etc. Shower and toilet room are separate, which was amazing! Facilities have been maintained well and it shows. Room was cleaned on a daily basis and kept comfortable during our stay. Staff are very polite and helpful - you can count on them for the best advice on what to do in Vienna. The bar was open on all nights with amazing cocktails. Quite a few guests took advantage of it so it had a nice atmosphere if you would like to mingle with other folks. Will stay again!

Room is a tad small - can't open two small suitcases at the same time. Expected as we were in the heart of Vienna.
