It’s location was great! Whether that’s transportation (access to the hotel), sightseeing, places to eat, shopping or anything else you’d like to do in Vienna, you can. And, most importantly the staff were friendly and attentive.

It’s not so much I didn’t like, but something that could improve and maybe this is not true to each and every room, but some facilities. For example; the shower would leak at night, there was quite a bit of light coming from under the door into the room and the kettle, the kettle required a few good attempts to get it to work. Lastly, maybe the use of air freshener or some sort. When you initially walk into the room, especially the bathroom, there’s an unpleasant smell.

The bedroom was comfortable and of a generous size. The bathroom was large and modern, with a good shower. The location of this hotel is excellent. It's two minutes fron the Nachmarkt, where there is a good choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the hotel sits at the heart of many major tourist attractions in the city. The hotel staff, in particular those on reception, were extremely helpful and friendly.

It was lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities, but disappointing that the allocations of coffee and milk were so small and not necessarily replenished each day. We found the pay-on-the-day breakfast very expensive.

Excellent location, public garage with ample parking space very near. Cozy ambient, decent rooms. Bathroom is at least one level above the room. :-)

There was nothing that we particularly didn't like. What could be improved is breakfast selection (it was fine, but not really on four stars level). Also, we got a room looking into the inner yard. It was OK for one night, we didn't ask for a street view room. I suppose that it was less noise than street-view room, but inner yard offers literally *NO* view (looking at the elevator shaft close-up). It would be fair that these rooms cost less and that we know this in advance and see it in photos.

This is an excellent hotel in a good, central location. It it close to public transport and to lots of restaurants in the food market. I could walk to lots of places easily. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very clean, they changed my towels even when I didn't ask them to. I would stay there again, without hesitation, as a solo female traveller.

Not sure there's much I didn't like. The hotel was quiet, clean, the food was good and all the staff I met were helpful. What more could you want?

We were in Vienna a week before Christmas and I am happy with this hotel as it was at a good location minutes walk away from two of the best central Christmas bazaars. Breakfast was quite good, nice selection and good quality products including nice homemade bread and even a decent prosecco. However, coffee was quite mediocre and juices were non-drinkable. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom (shower) was also specious and nice. Location is quite decent and central - less than 10 minute walk from the biggest nature-historical museum (Muzeumsplatz) and 5 minutes from Karlsplatz.

The room window was facing an internal area.

Great location, very charming decor if you like a vintage look, very clean with nice amenities!

The one issue with this room was the air conditioning. Ours would make this terrible, loud grating banging noise every ten minutes, and we were visiting during a heat wave and needed to keep it on. Ear plugs made the experience alright, and we didn’t have time to bring it up for repair so it’s partly on us. But I’ve seen this is an issue experienced before.

The position was simply perfect: the hotel is close to the museum quarter (like 10 minutes walking), close to the centre of the City (Always 10 minutes) and close to bar and restaurants (historical sperl cafè is always 10 minutes walking far) and the secession building is in front of the hotel. We didn't need to take metro or tram for all our five days in this amazing City, But if someone need metro (karlsplatz) is very very close to the hotel. Staff was so kind, polite and welcoming 😀 they were very professional and they make our staying very comfortable: thanks 👍!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent hotel location for public transport or walking to the city center. Good sized room with bonus mini-kitchen facilities. Well air-conditioned, clean, and lots of storage space. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was really good.

The sofa bed in the room which the children used could have done with a thicker mattress. The breakfast needs some gluten-free options.

Great Location very convenient to public transport and close to the State Opera where many tours depart from such as hop on hop off, day trip to Bratislava etc. Very clean, very comfortable, quiet hotel & location, nice quiet & spacious room, very good AC and we could also open the windows. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well due to the comfort and quietness! The hotel is very close to a market with a great selection of restaurants and bars and cafes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive & there are plenty of places nearby to eat. Tea and coffee making facilities is a plus for us and also as you enter the room there were two hooks on the wall to hang coats which is very convenient if you have been out in the Vienna rain! You need your room key to use the elevator and this is a good feature as it adds to your feeling of security. We were very happy with this hotel and really enjoyed our stay.

The toilet was separate to the sink and shower, a bit unusual but as they are part of your private bedroom it is not too much of an issue. We still really liked the room layout and features. The room is a bit old fashioned or old world but we liked the character.

Our room had a little kitchenette which was wonderful for making your own snacks etc. A door opened onto a small balcony that allowed fresh air in and a view of the city. The bathroom and shower were very good. Our room was very comfortable.

The aircon did not work properly but it is a small problem, not a big issue. It was only at night when we had to close the windows to keep the city noise out that it became a bit stifling.
