The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is really good, as the city centre is just a 10 minute walk away and the Naschmarkt is just around the corner. Their excellent breakfast had lots to choose from and was made with love! The staff was very friendly and the whole experience uncomplicated and well-organised.

At times during the night you could hear other (louder) guests through the walls. Also the bathroom ventilation was a bit noisy.

We spent 3 nights (2 adults, 2 10yo kids). Boutique hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Bathroom a bit small but nice and very clean. Most of the time there's no one in the front desk, which we actually loved as it gives the feeling of a very nice hotel room with an airbnb vibe. As a 'base' for a Vienna tourist - just perfect. Great price/value.

Super cute place. Perfect location. Cute little street, we had room facing the street but no sound could be heard. Very nice rooms. Lovely staff. There were even toys waiting for my baby girl. Breakfast was delicious!! Great bar right next to the entrance. I will recommend to all my friends planning to go to Vienna.

Very nice location, convenient to good restaurants in a range of prices and to downtown. It was a comfortable room size and bed, and there were helpful staff.

Unlike the photos online, I was given a room that looked very different, and with a tub right next to the bed. It smelled badly and thus the whole room smelled. After finally deciding to ask for a room change, I was told there were no other rooms, and that this was a known plumbing problem with the old building. The smell improved after I followed the advice to run both shower and tub awhile to clear an apparent clog - but I was left wondering why housekeeping didn't do this prior to a guest checking in! It was hot but with the window open, the room soon smelled like someone else's strong cooking all evening. It was upstairs from the garbage can activity and overlooked by a large modern apartment building. Not exactly the experience I expected based on other reviews, photos, and the price.

Excellent breakfast, broad choice and customized offer for my (vegetarian) needs. The location is super, lots of nice restaurants close by, good to reach by any form of transport. I love the ease of check-in with a door code.

If the rooms had an actual desk (instead of the sideboard) they would be perfect. Oh, and a shelf in the bathroom to put my toiletries, I had to balance them on the sink etc.

The location, the accommodation was very clean, great breakfast.

The interior design was made with excellent taste, the room was really spacious and all amenities just perfect. The location is also great, super close to the city center and easy to commute. Perfect !

The only downside was the lack of heater in the toilets.

Super private, quiet, place only a few minutes away from the Naschmarkt and very centrally located. Easy to get to and from. The staff was extremely accommodating when I wrote to ask for an air conditioned room and non-feather bedding due to allergies. We liked the fact that there was a chaise lounge as an option to sit on. the shower was amazingly refreshing with great water pressure. There was a large selection of beverages you could buy provided in the room. Of all the places we’ve ever stayed in Vienna this was the best!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

A quiet, well equipped bed and breakfast in central Vienna. Modernised, though still retaining lots of the features of the old building it's in. Due to the smooth check-in process (and our late arrival), we only saw staff on the day we left, but she was friendly and helpful. Room was great, self service bar and tea/coffee in reception were a nice touch. My son loved the little "pills" by the side of the sink - not real pills, but I won't ruin the surprise :) It wasn't exactly in the centre of town, but really not far away from anything. A short and enjoyable walk into the centre, or five minutes to the tram stop. A few bars and restaurants nearby too.

Nothing I can really say I didn't like! It was great.

Breakfast looked good but didn’t eat it, only had the complimentary coffee, delicious! Location was excellent, close and walkable to all important places to see. Staff was very helpful and provided excellent information. Good value!!

Our particular room had a very small bathroom and the only window we had faced another window and wall. The light came in from up above only.
