Location is great as 1 minute from U-Bahn station Big room and comfy bed Good price

Was dirty in places Light in the main bedroom did not work

Price was great for a week in Vienna. Shower and toilet were working. Location was great for us. Just 2 stops by U-Bahn to Schönbrunn palace. Could also go running in the Schönbrunn park (a lot of people do it - park opens 7:30 in the morning). Grocery store and U-Bahn station are just across the street. It is very quiet unless you have noisy neighbours - no street noise. Staff seemed nice and helpful.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the appearance of the place at first - it has seen better days. But we mostly just slept there and we got used to it. One bed was very squecky. There were not enough forks and spoons for five people, but we managed.

The apartment was very nice, big enough for 2 people, clean and eqipped with everything needed. The location is perfect - near different means of public transport, including metro. Oppostite side of the street you have Billa and DM. Very close you have restaurants and fast food. In case of travelling by car - there is very close gas stations as well as 24/7 cheap underground parking. Self check-in and check-out is also very easy. Still, we are thankful to the boys from the reception that were very kind to orientate us.

Very nice and friendly staff at reception, they took care of my luggage for a fee hours after check out. Easy and smooth 1am check in with kids. My apartment was big, it had dishwasher, soap and everything you may need. Two metro lines in front of the apartament and a supermarket. Metro Will take you to central in less than 10 minutes

Main room didn't have proper curtains, they were shorter than the window so i woke up too early

Facility is located next to metro station and center of city is in a few stations. Our room was huge with five beds and big kitchen, for family of four more than enough. Also private garage is nearby and cost 10€ per a day.

We were on the second floor without elevator, but we survived! :) Also, apartment doesn’t have air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Metro Apartments. They have self check in which I really liked, it is really easy to find because they will send you details via message a day or two before your stay. The apartment we were in was on the ground floor and I was worried there would be noise from people walking by, but all guests were very quiet. There is a patio with chairs and a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment itself was very clean, fresh sheets, clean bathroom with towels, a kitchenette with everything you need to make a simple breakfast and coffee/ tea and a big bedroom. There is no air conditioning but there is a big fan and you can put covers over the windows. Just across the street there is a supermarket, the metro and the bus station is just down the street. I am not sure about the tram and how it works, since we mostly used the metro. To get to Stephansplatz you need about 1 hour of walking but it's really worth it since you will get to see amazing architecture, small shops, cozy cafes and interesting restaurants(mostly asian and turkish) on your way there.

The patio could be the main attraction of the property but maybe with some new outdoor furniture and decor. Just a suggestion, I really enjoyed spending time at the patio. :)

The apartment is in the yard and we had silence all the time. The apartment is big and well equipped. We had two kitchens and two bathrooms. In the kitchen there were enough spoons, forks and knives, plates and glasses for us to eat. Rooms were big with comfortable beds. Master bedroom is very comfortable. Apartment has enough wardrobe for luggage and clothes for whole months. We had internal terrace and one in front of the entrance. Great location. We found parking very near. Wi-fi is good.

Everything was excellent. I would like air- conditioning. We cooled down with fan and it was okay.

First night had to sleep on very thin mattress on top bunk even though there was a bed on the bottom not being used. So luckily I was able to get that bed my last two nights. Much better 😄 I liked that we had a fridge, but the kitchen didn't have a working light.

The bathroom did have mold around sink and in shower. Didn't like first bed I had to sleep in. Very uncomfortable 😣

The apartment is located in a very good position, close to the metro and the market. Very clean with a complete kitchen and very friendly staff. Entry and exit is done at any time with a code, which creates a lot of ease.

The apartment was old as a building and without an elevator, but this is not a problem considering the comfort inside. The stairs are comfortable, so you can climb easily

Easy accessible location and rooms, especially the ones on the ground floor, with a view to the inner side yard. The staff and their availability. The location is superb! just in front of BILLA market, and metro station for U4 line. also few restaurants around the intersection. The place is not fancy, but worth every cent paid, you could feel like in a dormitory, you would feel good overall. We stayed with a baby, and it was nice yard just outside the room, to let her play and walk around. The place is good for families. self-checkout by keyboxes, and availability of self check-in with keyboxes as well, but should be planned ahead.

More maintenance for the yard and its facilities like chairs, kids mini playground, flooring, esthetics and feeling of the yard by putting plants to make it a nice garden.
