Great location (u-bahn accross the road, parking garage walking distance...), nice apartment, easy check in, comfortable bed

There should be more coutlery, large towels, toilet paper) per person.. Sofa bed is very unconfortable to sleep in.

Very good location!!!. Cleanliness is very good. It's too bad that the restrictions related to the pandemic are the reason and the staff does not clean the room. The pandemic is over and it's time for the sorting service to start. It is desirable that the balcony be more orderly.

They did not take out the garbage and did not clean the rooms, although we were warned about this in advance.

A wonderful stay! We were 3 adults and 3 children in ground floor apt. 11 a two bedroom. -As pictured! -Great use of space. -Modern. -Clean. -Had everything we needed while keeping it simple. -Some welcome drinks and a couple of snacks, which were appreciated. -Lots of kitchen cabinet space for food. -We used the sofa bed, but there were still a couple of chairs and a coffee table to use while the bed was pulled out. -Comfortable beds. -A big shower with great water pressure. -They were easy to reach over WhatsApp and were quick to tell us where to grab replacement sheets when we, unexpectedly, needed them.

The first one could definitely be an issue for light sleepers. The second one expected for a ground unit. The third was very minor. -The entry door is not insulated, so we could hear guests returning to their apartments. At times, it was quite loud. -We were in a ground floor unit, so a bit expected: There was an ant problem in the bathroom. -Would have liked to have had two kitchen towels from the start. There really aren't enough dishes to justify the use of the dishwasher, so we hand washed. The sink has only one basin and no dish rack, so no place to sit the clean dishes while washing. We grabbed one when we needed to get the replacement bedding. I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem had we asked for one earlier.

The apartment was very nice, had a kitchen and two tables you can work at. It was also quite easy to get in, as you only need the code for entrance. The stuff is helpful and available via booking chat.

It is not very big and lacks some furniture to make the stay fully comfortable (for example, there are no bedside shelves, so you don't have any place to put your phone or a cup of tea, etc, same with bathroom - no space to put your stuff). Not a major problem, anyway :) Also, the area is a bit distant from supermarkets and other infrastructure and there are no 24/7 markets or pharmacies nearby, so make sure you buy everything you need within working hours.

Very good managed apartments. Everything well organised, like Swiss watch, so no complaints at all. Maybe just dish dryer would be helpful. High standard furniture, curtains, floors. Clean rooms, white linen and towels like in 5 star hotel. We enjoyed staying in Numa apartments. Every night coming back tired and exhausted after city seeing like coming back to our home. Metro and bus station is literally across the street, very convenient to get anywhere. Nice neighbourhood, Schonbrunne Palace 20 min walking, another very nice green park with kids playground opposite the Palace. Supermarkets around. Bila, Spar, Hofner. Pizza Domino's behind the corner. So everything was so convenient and easy. Definitely recommended for families with children.

This was probably the best apartment we've stayed at in Western Europe in the past few years. Its location is amazing. Line of sight, 1min walk (cross the street) to the subway terminal, and close to the Castle grounds. Grocery store around the corner and free breakfast buffet at the neighbouring hotel was great for our hungry kids. Place itself was spacious, generously supplied with free drinks and snacks, and the rooms are layed out well. The furniture were perfect for the space. Quiet stay - no complaints. Can't stress how good a location this is for grabbing the subway to the different attractions around the city.

I suppose if I have to add a negative, it would be that the TV had very few options for us to watch as a family. However, we came to visit Vienna, so watchingTV wasn't a priority for us.

Numa self-check-in is very convenient. The accommodation is a newly renovated old apartment, neat and clean, with welcome drinks and small snacks. It is extremely convenient to travel. The U4 subway is at the door, and the transportation is convenient. The mattresses and pillows in the bedroom were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom towels were new. Overall, the stay experience is very good..

Just after checking out, I remembered that I forgot the power conversion socket in the room. Because it is a self-service method, I cannot contact the colleagues who can open the door on site. This is not very convenient for the guests. I would like to remind the guests to be careful. Check before checking out, otherwise can only be mailed to the provided address afterwards.

nice option for families. very spacious apartment with full kitchen and everything you might need (they even have a baby chair). location is a bit far from city centre, but Ubahn station is just in front. it's only 2 stops to Schonbrunn and 15min to the central Vienna. there is a supermarket round the corner. and the public parking is free on the weekends

the floors are not correlating with elevator, meaning it's quite challenging with a stroller. our room was facing the noisy street. the breakfast is in the hotel round the corner, but it's very basic (lower than Ibis level I would say). There is no staff at all, which is a bit unusual. however they are always online via WhatsApp

The location was very good, close to transportation and everything. The place was spacious and had good water pressure, i liked the bathroom supplies a lot and having a full kitchen was very nice even tho we didn't use it much but be aware in our place there was no salt we found some pepper . The fridge was very useful and they gave us some free water, beer and soda.

They did not have netflix as it was advertised, it did not work so we couldn't watch a movie at night just tv. The balcony was not that great just ok, it did not look like the pictures at all. Be aware that the pics are just one of their places you are not getting exactly that one. The view was not nice. We did not like the coffee provided. Other than that I still recommend it for the good location, the very good beds and the space. But I do feel like we paied too much for 2 nights (weekend) They also do not take responsibility for your bags so we did not feel comfortable to use that option when we read that and we took them with us leaving them at the museum after the check out.

1. Location: The apartment is in a very well conected location. We could easily reach citycenter, but also Schonbrunn, Prater. (on the line of U4&U6). 15min walk to a park, 20 min walk to schonbrunn. DM, billa and spar 2 min away. 2. Appartment: Clean, spatious, hot-water, black-out curtains, balcony, comfy bed. Easy check-in/check-out. Good wifi. Toiletries, hair dryer, iron, microwave, dishwasher available. 3. Service: easy to communicate thrpugh whatsapp. The complimentary drinks and snacks were great as we arrived on Saturday evening when shops were mostly closed. We were travelling with our 1 year daughter and a crib was already installed when we arrived.

A small pot would be good as I wanted to prepare some oatmeals for the baby or boil an egg and there was available only a huge pot. Not a big minus, but people travelling with stroller might be interested. It's an older building so there was an elevator but stopping at 1st, 3rd, etc floors. We stayed at 2nd floor and had a stroller with us that we had to carry it on stairs as there was no elevator at our floor or at ground floor. The view from our room was towards the street, but next to the building there is an empty place used as parking where there is a lot of trash. So you see that too
